It was the 4th of July weekend and our a/c was leaking and flooding our basement. I called and spoke to Alex. He didn’t have time to come out but had us take pictures. He then walked us through how to fix it. Absolutely amazing!!! He was kind and professional and made our holiday!!!! Thank you so much Alex!!!
Jeff came out to figure out the issue with our air conditioner and furnace. We needed to replace both and it was done so within 24 hours. I am glad we got a 2nd opinion with Heating as Cooling Doctors because they were much more time efficient and reasonably priced.
I’m extremely impressed by the level of customer service this company displayed my representative was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the best service possible The bonus part was the fact that he cleaned up his mess before leaving 😉 Now that’s A1 service

Called for a new AC unit install and the guys were great to work with. Responsive and willing to work in our time constraints. Chris came out and installed, and followed up afterwards even after the work was done and paid for. We've used DRS several times now and will continue to do so.
Bill came out to us on a Saturday after our AC struggled to run. Quickly diagnosed a mushroomed capacitor. Within two days had and installed the correct part. Didn’t try to oversell us on other issues or items. Will call for future maintenance and fixes.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Alex was wonderful. Personable and extremely honest and transparent through out the whole process. We need more buisness like this one. Jeff the technician was also very Personable and knocked out my brand new furnace hassle free.

He came this morning on time and was good natured and professional. I obviously haven't been able to time test the 2 ton Lenox AC yet, but so far very happy with DRS LLC.
Overall I am very happy with everything DRS did while installing our new furnace and A/C. There were a few little hiccups on the furnace installation but nothing major. When the A/C was set up we had Chris come out to hook it up. He did a phenomenal job. He answered all of our questions and was very meticulous about going over everything top to bottom of the installation. Chris really did a fantastic job and helped make the installation a great experience.
Called early in the morning, they had a tech out the same day. Guy was super friendly, helped me troubleshoot some issues with my thermostat, got my AC recharged and running before the warm season hit. Will recommend.
This was my first time using this company and the technician Chris was very professional and helpful, he showed up on time and was able to explain everything in full detail of what to fix, and handled the issue promptly. I highly recommend this company if you have any issues with air conditioning!
Was referred to Alex through a friend, when our heat was on the verge of shutting down. Called Alex and he gave me a quote instantly around 4 p.m. and he had a guy over here the next morning, a few hours later we were up and running. My fiancé and I were very happy with the price amd overall service!! We would highly recommend!! Thanks again!

Josh & Jeff came to replace my furnace. They came on time- and did it in a fast, timely, and professional manner. It took less than two hours and they were still very detailed with their work! They were friendly, and they had a good sense of humor…. Great customer service. So happy my heat is working!
