We had a big basement water issue (building on the Milwaukee river). Quote was fair. Mid-project they got creative and saved us at least 20%. Very happy with the result.

Have used this company several times both in our home and in rental properties. Years ago initially to reroute HVAC ducts to allow better headroom in basement and better balancing of system along with repair of old AC unit. Forward a few years to replace heater and AC when heater started acting up. Recently used to temporarily fix AC for tenant with same prompt service/repair and professionalism I always expect from them. Recently booked full system replacement of 18 year old unit due to findings during repair and to avoid needing an emergency repair and inconvienience to our tenant in the future.

I had my furnaces tuned up last week by Randy. He did a great job. The furnaces are running better and smoothly. I definitely recommend Dickenschrauf Heating and Cooling and Plumbing. Been a regular customer for Plumbing since 2019. They also do a great job. Thumbs Up

Had 2 tankless water heaters installed approximately in 2021. Pressure relief valve failed on one of them. Valve was under warranty. Phoned and emailed repeatedly. Finally after 2 plus weeks they got back to us. The problem was resolved. Now the relief valve on the other is failing. Emailed them on January 2nd and received no reply to this date. Please contact me so I can get this situation resolved. Installation of water heaters were done professionally and I was very satisfied. But getting in contact with company could use some improvement. Mike
We have known Ryan since he started in business. Have used other plumbers for our house. 40 years of experience of crummy companies until we found Ryan and His group. Most of his staff have longevity 10 years PLUS, THAT SAYS A GREAT DEAL ABOUT THE COMPANY. The front desk is always able to contact us and very courteous. We found a winner. You All ROCK GOD BLESS
Upgraded my water heater to a HE system, what a difference in recovery time, should have done it sooner, awesome installation, clean and on time. Upgraded (my feelings) my thermostat from a nest to Honeywell T6. Had my winter tune up on the furnace, again great job. It took about 2 hours, really took it apart and cleaned and inspected everything. At the end of the day furnace is running at a 93% efficacy. Very happy with everything!
My first time using Dickenschrauf. The furnace cleaning service was the best I have had done in over 30 years of regular service. Great attention to detail and thoroughness. Also identified/replaced a stressed component that could have caused a system shutdown requiring an emergency call. Great job!
The team was absolutely wonderful. As a first time home owner, I wasn’t sure what all was happening when my furnace stopped producing heat. Dan was wonderful and providing diagnostic advice until Anthony was able to come and see the equipment. Anthony was nice, professional, knowledgeable, and was able to solve the problem within the hour. Highly recommend.

Had them install a bar sink drain in my basement. They had to jack hammer my concrete floor, dig down and connect into existing plumbing. Did a fantastic job, let me look it over and take pictures before they sealed it back up and finished it with concrete. They noticed my sump cover was rusted so they replaced that too for a very reasonable price and sealed it all with silicon. Will definitely use them again!
