Our ancient furnace finally died on us so we got quotes from a few different places. Jeff came out and was very personable and informative. We decided that we are going to get the furnace and AC replaced since that was also probably going to go within the next year or so. We ended up going with their crossover option. The guys that did the install, Kraig and Dustin (I think his name was Dustin...maybe Derick?) were super nice and did their job very well. We love our new furnace and AC. Karen assisted us with the rebates/credits and was so quick to respond to calls or emails. I would highly recommend this business.
The owner and servicemen were friendly, professional and punctual. They listened to our problems and satisfactorily resolved our zoning issues. They took the time to answer all questions prior to finishing the job. I highly recommend D & M.

Jeff was great at explaining everything and going over the process of furnace installation along with options. They were quick to reply when I had asked for an estimate and they were on time with our appointment. D&M has the best pricing and I couldn’t be happier with the options that had provided us. D&M great on the Service call, (was very transparent with pricing on replacement options) and subsequent replacement of my furnace. The installers were super fast and knowledgeable, about three hours to remove the old and install new furnaces. (counting some electrical and ductwork mods). Must be why, I have relied on D&M for almost the last 20 years.!! Thank you Guys!!!
The experience provided by the D & M team was outstanding. My furnace went out just as the season got cold, and I called 4 companies for a presentation and a quote. Everyone on the team at D & M were professional and courteous beyond my expectations. Karen asked all the important questions about my needs before sending Jeff to present there products. Jeff even came out a 2nd time to fully help me understand why I should go with Carrier. The installers, Dustin & Kraig, were diligent, professional, courteous and quiet as they got our house heating again. The system and new thermostat was thoroughly explained to me before they packed up to leave. Karen's follow-up was amazing! As the business manager, she handled the product registration and all paperwork needed by Carrier, Energy Star & Focus On Energy. I received several conformation letters and emails on every detail of the installation, which freed up my time of doing what other companies may ask me to do. I would strongly recommend anyone to call D & M, along with any other Heating & A/C company, to see what a difference D & M service is like.
With D&M, I experienced a caring, customer service minded company – backed by the highest quality Carrier products. Karen immediately answered my call on a busy day, and asked great questions to get the process moving. Jeff the Service Manager not only came to our house quickly, but thoroughly and honestly answered all of my questions – including several follow-up questions. They quoted a great price that beat out two other quotes. In addition, Dustin and Craig did an amazing job with our difficult crawl space installation – finishing in record time. Don’t bother wasting time with quotes, just call D&M.
We had our 30 year old Carrier Furnace die 6 days before Christmas. We had another company come out and look at it. They quoted us a furnace which sounded expensive, and, they wouldn't be able to install it for over a week. I called D&M the next morning and Jeff came right out. He gave me 3 choices for a new furnace, and they installed it the next day! Karen walked me through the financing over the phone and made me feel very comfortable in what we were doing. Jeff gave us a really great price and we are very happy we chose D&M Heating.

D M Heating & Air Conditioning has always provided me with excellent service and products. I purchased my furnace and air conditioning unit from D M as well as having them perform annual service. The office staff as well as the technicians are always professional, polite and knowledgeable.
We had a great experience with D&M heating. They were able to come to our home within an hour and a half of calling to request an appointment when our furnace failed and it was very cold outside. Our specialist, Alyssa, was fantastic and very professional. She took the time to explain the options we had when considering what kind of furnace to choose for replacement and installation. They also lent us space heaters to use until our furnace was installed. The installation itself was delightfully uneventful. We are very pleased with the service we have received and grateful for all of the excellent staff members at D&M heating.
My furnace would not heat so I called D&M. In less than 2 hours, Alyssa called prior to arriving and then pulled up 10 minutes later. She quickly identified the issue and fixed it and then made sure things were working before she left. Very happy with the quick response and quick fix! Thank you

Very satisfied with the whole process! Our boiler failed recently and we had 3 different estimates. We ended up going with D & M and are happy we did. Tim was helpful and honest during the sale process. The install was clean and professional and when we had a weird rattling sound in day 3, they came out right away, figured it out, and resolved.
Technicians are always very polite and helpful. Today I had a routine inspection go well. The only reason for 4 stars is the company increased their rates this year while admitting they are short staffed and behind.
Sean did a great job finding the problem with our furnace. Come to fine out it was a problem with us using potable humidifiers and plugging the furnace filter with a very find dust that was had to see on the filter. Sean checked the complete system to make sure it was operating correctly. He also offered a quote on a furnace mounted Humidifier to eliminate the current problem. Also discussed a maintenance program that D&M offers to there customers with the program there’s some savings to service and yearly preventative maintenance calls. Sean was very professional and very knowledgeable and explained the problem and solution. Thank you Sean and D&M heating and air Conditioning company. Bruce Heisler

Alyssa was fantastic! She's helped me twice now. One when my AC went out and now for maintenance. I cannot say enough positive things about this company!
They gave me a 2 hour window. They showed up during the first hour, which was great! Tim was our service tech. He called to say he was on the way, which was good for us, it gave me time to lock the dog and cat up, so they wouldn't be in the way, The goofy cat would try to run down in the basement, then we'd never find her again! He was professional, friendly, checked out all the furnace inner workings, even cleaned out the drain hoses. He did a great job! Now our furnace is all set for the winter! D&M Heating is my go to furnace / A/C company.
