Everyone from the staff was wonderful. The ladies who picks up the phones to the technicians. I will be using no one else but these guys. Thank you for getting our air conditioner back working and fast.
The maintenance appt we had for our AC went smoothly. We have been very pleased with Burkhardt Heating and Cooling since we returned to the area 5 years ago. Strongly recommend this company.
Love Burkhardt Dennis we on time and professional. Edit : June 2023 again Burkhardt came through. Ricardo was extremely professional when he did my summer inspection. He was very thorough and explained to me what he was looking for and how my system was working. I decided to install an air scrubber and was pleased to see Ricardo again. He was polite and patient with all my questions. He called to let me know when he was about 10 minutes away and was well within the estimated time frame we scheduled. I am a fan. Hopefully I'll see Ricardo in the fall for my furnace inspection!
We had a new air conditioner and furnace installed by Billy and Drew from Burkhardt. They did great work and we are very pleased with our new heating and cooling units! Thank you !!!
The schedulers were prompt and friendly. The techs were professional and thorough. I need to replace the whole unit but they were great.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Evan and Xavier from Burkhardt Heating & Cooling, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, responsibility, knowledge, experience, punctuality, and safety measures. They were clearly very knowledgeable about their craft, and their experience showed in the quality of their work. What impressed me most, however, was their commitment to safety. They took every precaution to ensure that their work was done safely and that my home was protected from any potential hazards. They were also very respectful of my property, taking care to clean up after themselves and leaving my home in better condition than they found it. The entire staff - from receptionist/scheduler, to service technician, to estimator, to installers, to billing personnel - were pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. The estimator/project manager and installers did a great job of explaining equipment features, options and maintenance. The installers were on time and efficient, cleaned up afterward, and walked me through their work at the end. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Burkhardt Heating & Cooling on the purchase/installation of me new furnace and air conditioner!
The technician,Ricardo Munoz, is a professional. He is thorough, detailed,explaines the work to the client and follows up documenting the work completed

Elliot, Troy, and Andy did a remarkable job taking care of our family when our AC unit suddenly died. They were timely, supportive, and sympathetic (which was greatly appreciated).
Cleaned our ducts. Timely arrival and pleasant professional cleaning. It was much longer between cleanings than should be. Sucked out old dog hair, dust and dirt. Should solve sneezing and back drip. Impressive results. Get it done.
Service was excellent. The technician communicated everything he did step by step, and once the unit was repaired he performed a compte check of the whole system
We had a new condenser and modification for an updated Único AC system. We needed additional AC jets. The work was done very timely and professionally. Horst was an excellent sales person: knowledgeable, good listener, and remained involved during installation. The installers Billy and Drew were very polite and professional. The new unit works very well. I would highly recommend this company.-
Had a technician come out to my house (Shawn), was very friendly and polite. He diagnosed the problem with my AC quickly, was very knowledgeable about the issues that were present, and did a great job explaining what he recommended. Was not pushy at all, which I appreciated. Great work and service all around, 5 stars.

We contracted Burkhardt, to install Two furnaces, they did a great job, when finished, we had a small issue, they took care of promptly. Would use again.
Great people doing a good job of helping us maintain our HVAC so that it can last longer than what is advertised. :-) This time, we had them check and tune up systems installed; most by Burkhardt. We recommend them.
I used Burkhardt Heating & Cooling for an A/C replacement of a 35 year old unit and I couldn't be more pleased. Elliot came out and reviewed the situation, gave me a quote, and answered all my initial questions. He and the staff back at the office were able to schedule around my ongoing patio renovation dates, which saved me a lot of frustration. Dan and Chiko came out to do the work; they were very experienced and took the challenges of working with my ancient tech in stride. A few hours later, we have a new, efficient A/C system just in time for summer! I was very impressed by the entire team and will be calling up Burkhardt again for any future service or replacement work.
