Our thermostat went out on one of the hottest days of the year, and we had family coming into down the next day. We called Brian and he was able to come over that night and install a new thermostat for us that works great. He saved the day, and we'll definitely go to him again. Not only that, be he took a look at our A/C unit, saw it was dirty, and pulled out our hose and started washing it. Then he rolled up the hose neatly when he was done. He went above and beyond for us and we appreciate it greatly!
Brian is a lifesaver. Explained everything well and helped us quickly. Hottest day of the year and we are back with our AC! Thank you so much!!!
I woke up around 6:00 a.m. to a freezing house the furnace was off I tried twice to restart it during the day still nothing. Around 11:00 a.m. I called Air Solutions Heating and Cooling they were able to have a technician come out at 2:00 the same day his name was Kevin. Kevin called when he was 15 minutes away and I informed him the furnace came back on about 20 minutes ago by itself he suggested he come anyway so I'm not caught in the middle of the night with it going out again. Because the furnace was working when Kevin arrived it was difficult to diagnose the problem he was patient continue to test the furnace for a couple of hours to get it to act up like it had done earlier in the day he explained everything to me every step of the way as well as checking with his superiors. He took his time diagnosing the problem finally got it fixed and told me if I had any problems the next day just to call him and he will return without a service call. Let me tell you I was so happy and satisfied Kevin was awesome no other company that I can remember that has come to my house and did anything was better than Kevin he made sure I knew that Air Solutions was there to help me in my time of need and not just ripped me off to get paid. I will recommend Air Solutions to all of my family and friends which are all owners of several homes and I recommend it to anyone else reading this review thank you Kevin thank you Air Solutions. Truly a perfect experience, with prompt, professional service from my initial call until the service work was complete. Not hyperbole to say I will recommend Air Solutions to any and everyone when they need HVAC service-- businesses like this should be commended and rewarded for their excellence.
Air Solutions responded to our call over the long holiday weekend - when quite a few other companies did not even bother to call back. That's their FIRST gold star! Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful - explaining in layman's terms what was wrong and how he was able to make a temporary fix. SECOND gold star - not talking down to the HVAC illiterate! THIRD gold star for being able to make a PERMANENT fix within 24 hours of the temporary fix. Air Solutions and Brian! THANK YOU! FIVE GOLD stars simply for BEING THERE when we needed them!
Our heat went out during a particularly cold week and on Christmas. Air Solutions actually responded on a holiday and got us on the calendar for next day service. Brian was super knowledgeable and actually took the time to explain the issues and laid out a plan/timeline of what we should do next to avoid further issues.
This company is fantastic! Brian is fast and knowledgeable and all around a nice guy! The team that answers the phone are also great! Friendly, understanding, and professional almost like your talking to an old friend! Honestly, call these guys first. They are priced fair and fast and all-around good people! 10 out of 10!
They guys at air solutions very extremely helpful with my furnace issue. Helped me get a hold of a back ordered parts and were very responsive through the process will definitely be using them for my HVAC needs moving forward
I used Air Solutions twice in Nov 2022 - once to service my furnace because it couldn't hold temperature (kept dropping) and once to do tune-up on 2 furnaces (duplex). Kierra assisted me in scheduling and thoroughly explained the pricing, which helped us to schedule sooner instead of waiting for it to get worse (and having to pay more) on a holiday or weekend. Our technician, Kevin, answered all of our questions and went out of his way to give us advice on our furnace. He is very knowledgeable and generous in sharing it and passionate about his job. I definitely trusted that he was doing a complete job. I will definitely use them for all future furnace needs. Scheduling, customer service, and the work itself were great all around. Thank you!
Air Solutions is replacing my 33-year-old furnace, and I honestly couldn't be happier to have them do it. Brian and Kevin are super knowledgeable about the work that they do, and at every step walked me through what was going on and what needed to happen to get me up and running for the winter. They talked to me like an adult, and were honest throughout the entire process. Ultimately we had to pull the trigger on a replacement, but they've put their best effort into keeping that expense at bay for the years I've had them handle annual checkups, so I fully trust that they're operating in my best interest now.
Brian a cool guy and informative. Told me what to look out for and gave me a fair price. Will definitely be calling them from now when I am in need of HVAC help. Hope this review is enough to make up your mind and call them for a appointment if you looking for HVAC help.

Just had a new HVAC system installed by Air Solution today. Kevin and Brien did a great job on removal of my old system and install of my new one. The job was well done and looks great. I like the fact that they took their time to do a nice job on my new system and not fast to get to the next job. I would highly recommend Air Solutions to my friends or anyone else who asks. I had 6 other bids and glad I went with them. They will have all of my tuneup and service needs in the future. JOB WELL DONE.

Our a/c went out on the hottest day of the year. Go figure. Air Solutions was recommended, and we went with them. Boy, what a great experience! Customer service was great, and our technician, Brian, came out earlier than he said he could; which was a welcome surprise! He took the time to educate me on our system and fixed it within minutes. I called at 8:00am and a real person answered the phone. Very polite and professional in scheduling. Brian came out and his service was outstanding!!! He was not only ontime...he was early which was great because we had no air in 97 degree heat. He explained everything every step of the way. He found my issue and had the part on his truck. My air was restored in 30 minutes. The price was reasonable and correct, nothing false or over inflated. The 5 star reviews are very true. I would recommend Air Solutions to anyone!!!
Absolute awesome people. Kira answers the phone. Listens to your problem and gives you options. You pick your option and she sends Brian out. Brian is VERY awesome. Knowledgeble. Thorough. FAST!!! Straight forward no “BS”. Fixes your problem keeps it pushin to the next job. We needed emergency service and these people came through at 10pm like it was the first call of the day.
