Had them come out to take a look at my AC unit and was super helpful even gave me advice about my water heater vent. Didn't over charge on parts and services I didn't need and charged reasonably for the services I needed will use again when I have future issues.
Very knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth. They are just good people, doing great work. We feel like one of the family. 10/10 recommend.

Not only do we have an amazing new boiler, 911 saved our Thanksgiving! The system Alex installed is a Navien boiler that is 97% efficient. It's a hot water (hydronic system) so it heats our house so much better than old steam boiler we had, and the system provides almost unlimited domestic hot water (e.g. no more running out of hot water in the morning even with everyone using the hot water at the same time!) I couldn't have asked for a better system. On top of this, Alex was able to obtain the equipment and install the system faster than other heating companies. Our story started with our steam boiler dying in early November. We got quotes from other companies. Two companies told us they were too busy to even come out to provide a quote. Alex came the same day and provided a quote that afternoon! 911 is right! Of the four quotes we received, none was able to convert the steam system to hydronic. Hydronic IMHO provides a better heat since the boiler varies the temperature of the water from 110 to 170 depending on how cold it is outside. The benefit is that our house is always the right temperature Steam is great, but it has to cycle on then off, which causes the temp in the house to fluctuate and it creates hot spots (near the radiators). Actually one vendor said that with their 20+ years of experience a conversion to hydronic could not be done. Alex from 911 was able to make remove our 30+ year old boiler and got us up and just in time for Thanksgiving (a little over 2 weeks from when we signed the contact!!) Not only that, there were a number of small but important things that really made a difference. First, Alex able to vent the boiler exhaust through the chimney the old steam boiler used. Therefore, we don't have the cloud of exhaust gases blowing our our back yard where our kids play. Again amazing!! Alex is the best! He identified and repaired an improper installation that another company had made; and is straightforward about what was needed to get the furnaces working properly. He also suggested options for cooling that I hadn't considered before. I will be using 911 Heating & Air, LLC for all my HVAC services.
Alex repaired our existing furnace, and was responsive, professional, and informative. We are happy to work with someone who can correctly troubleshoot our furnace and repair it in a reasonable time frame.
We had capital heating come out for a tune up and they said we needed a whole new system and it would be $15,000 to replace! This seemed odd. So we called 911 heating and air for a 2nd opinion. We are so happy we did. They were able to fix out furnace for under $500. We couldn't be happier. We would definitely recommend them.

Alex is amazing! He Is extremely professional and took great care of us. We had to replace our AC unit and duct work. We have a 1 year old so we couldn’t stay in an 80 degree house! He made such a quick turnaround in a few days to come out on Saturday and get everything installed. He puts great care into his work and is super knowledgeable. Anyone in the Milwaukee area (we’re in Wauwatosa) should be calling 911 heating and air!
We originally hired them do maintenance on our AC. We have an older unit that uses R22 refrigerant. All the other places we called said we had to replace our AC unit because R22 was not available or too expensive to maintain. The team at 911 took the time to explain to us what they could do and what our options were. We decided to have the AC just serviced instead of installing a new one. While servicing the AC unit they found that our heat exchanger had cracks in and was leaking deadly CO2 slowly in house when we had the heater running. Luckily for us they found it and in my opinion saved our lives. So we had our whole unit replaced and the AC serviced. The AC serviced was set to switch to the update refrigerant if needed but we should be good to go for a long time. We are very happy with their services - knowledgeable, showed up on time, great responsiveness, warranty that covers the HVAC system, and the unit itself. They also helped with our claim with State Farm and came and looked at the AC the next day when we had an issue with it - a loose wire. I would definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs!

Could not be happier with the service we received from 911 Heating & Cooling! I had already spoken with another HVAC company that told me my ac unit was broken beyond repair that day. When I discussed the situation with Alex over the phone he told me that he thought the other companies assessment was extremely suspect. He was able to come by the same day and fixed my unit easily. One of the things that struck me most is when discussing a replacment unit, Alex seemed really concerned with the ecological impact of selling us a new unit needlessly. An install job could have been a nice payday for him but he really cared about what was best for us and the Planet. Definitely my first call for heating and cooling from now on!
Alex was by far the most professional contractor I've had since buying a home. He was on courteous and knowledgable and to top it off was able to come out sooner than I had thought. While trouble shooting our HVAC he was talking through what he was doing and checking for and giving advice for maintenance going forward. Will be using them in the future and reffering them to others!
