John and his team provide are definitely 5 star! Their analysis of our old system shortcomings and explanation of how they could improve our air flow and comfort and while lowering our energy use was spot on, based on the 6 months of operation since the installation. The new furnace installation was on time and budget and cleaned up some problems that had reduced the life of our previous furnace. We love the annual maintenance plan and the people that perform the service. Total thumbs up!
This company is great! Very knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. Just replaced our furnace and A/C and I wont call anyone else from here on out!
Purchased a new Furnace, A/C, humidifier and Energy Recovery Ventilator from this company in 2017. The installation was very neatly done. Over the years, service and maintenance have been top notch. Chris, Rob and John know the products and how to install and maintain the products.
Company leaders Chris and John as well as technicians Rob and Ryan did a fantastic job of installing a new Lennox HVAC system in our 100 year old home. Needless to say there were quite a few house infrastructure challenges that they had to be overcome. This Accu-Clime team did a fantastic job - great install and customer service, professional, yet personable, very timely and at a very fair price. What more could you ask for! Chris was so knowledgeable and responsive during the quoting process. He didn’t apply any pressure and was very honest about what we needed and didn’t need. He made me feel extremely comfortable with Accu-Clime, and I fully trusted his recommendations. It was clear to me after his initial visit that his company cared more about the “customer” than another company that visited the day before. During the installation Chris, Ryan and Rob were great to work with, they were very personable and open to any and all questions. I highly recommend Accu-Clime, and am so glad we choose them! We love our new unit!
Accu-Cline installed new Lennox AC and Furnace and did a wonderful job. They were professional and often went out of their way to ensure the job got done right.

We are in process of moving to Middleton from the West Coast. It has been so, so stressful and expensive. Accu-Clime was able to schedule within 24hrs. Chris was a gift. He arrived on time, was professional, thorough, and provided me the reassurance I needed. I look forward to using them for our maintenance needs.
Although their quoted price was higher they provided several additional items at no cost. This made the overall system perform better, provide additional features not in the quote and look more attractive and professional. Chris and Rob did an excellent installation.
Honest, upfront, and clearly prioritize the customer rather than making a sale. I called Accu-Clime to discuss options for an old boiler that is working, but is quite aged. He clearly and patiently asked questions to understand our heating system, explained the benefits and downsides of different options (e.g. high efficiency boiler vs existing, high vs low temp radiators, chimney vs outside vent), and made good recommendations. It was such a pleasure to speak with someone who gave it to me straight and didn't try to steer me toward a purchase. While we are not proceeding at this time to replace the boiler, I was so impressed by my experience with Accu-Clime that I offered to write a review.
Accu-Clime exceeded my expectations! Their product, communication AND attention to detail is Outstanding! My new furnace works so well I actually turned it down a couple degrees...Our home temperature is absolutely perfect! During this process, John kept me informed and followed-up all the way through installation. The install was seamless too. Ryan and Rob demonstrated and went over all the important components on my new furnace. They also told me what to expect and made sure all my questions were answered before they left. Chris and his guys did a great job and on time as promised. We upgraded to the top of the line Lennox system and we are just amazed by the difference from what we had to what we have now...like night and day. The heating and cooling cycles are like almost flat, very consistent lines, not waves, so comfortable and highly recommend the system and them as well. Call Chris at Acc-Clime. This gentleman has 35 years of experience and is friendly and professional, You will not find a better person to work on your heating or air conditioning. The very best I have come across in 64 years.
I suspected my heating unit was dying during frigid weather. Someone ( came out the next morning. My heating unit was indeed bad. The guys came out that same day, bumping a previous appointment which was not urgent. I guess I ended up buying like the nicest furnace you can get. The cost was more than I had expected to pay for a furnace, but I didn't want a cheap junker. They did a good job and my home is more comfortable than ever. That said, I believe the price was fair for what I got. A+ service.
John and his team responded so quickly! We were in a crunch time wise and Rob was able to come right away to fix our 30 year old furnace. Very efficient and friendly. They also honored a Bucky Book coupon that saved us $200.00! I recommend them to anyone needing furnace repair or replacement.
We had to replace both our furnace and our A/C units. We had multiple companies come out and give us estimates and talk us through all of our options. The customer service with Accu-Clime was above and beyond any of the other companies. At no point did I feel like they were trying to just sell me something or that I was being mislead. Some of the bigger companies attempt to "look nice" but applying a huge discount to the product so they can "give you a deal" but even with that, Accu-Clime was able to get us a higher-efficiency unit for around the same price, without having to apply some generic "discount" to stay competitive. The entire job was split over two working days and they were extremely respectful and professional. They cleaned everything up after they were done. I would highly recommend Accu-Clime to anyone for their service and their price, especially if you are considering going with a big box company.
Accu-Clime is hands down the best HVAC people I've had, ever. They didn't make me feel bad because I didn't know a lot about hvac stuff or because I'm a woman. I've had that from other companies in the past. They were very professional, kind, and good at their job! They were really reasonable and got the job done faster than I expected both times. The first time they found a mouse had chewed through our ac wires and the second, they replaced our heater. I want to mention how quickly we were able to get an appointment when things stopped working. Same day! Please do yourself a favor and use them for all your hvac needs!
If I could give 10 stars, I would! Truly raised the bar for going above and beyond in the Customer Service and Satisfaction dept. Rob performed the furnace tune-up with the utmost professionalism and answered all my questions to help me understand more fully how my system works. Additional work was needed, quote was given, and normally that's the end of the story, but not Accu-Clime! John went above and beyond to call the manufacturer to see if my furnace was under warranty, personally worked through some major hiccups on that front, and was able to get the part in less than 24 hrs for me. I can't praise this company and the team, John and Rob, enough. They will always be my first call for HVAC services! Thank you Accu-Clime!
August 27th and 90+ degrees today. Called Accu-Clime at 8 AM as our AC stopped working. John returned the call by 8:30 and said he would try to fit in service. Rob (service tech) arrived around 4 PM, fixed the unit and we're back online. Great service and very professional with COVID-19 mask in this hot weather. Highly recommend Accuracies-Clime.
They are really great to work with! John made sure we were never with out AC this summer when our system broke and needed to be replaced.
