A-1 Service from start to finish. Great communication! It's so refreshing to have, not one, but 3 installers, an election and a fabulous sales representative to work with. Hopefully equipment preforms just as well. Thank you all
My service technician, Hunter, was awesome. He kept things honest and upfront. He had a very friendly attitude and always upbeat. He had a lot of knowledge and was willing to take time to explain things in details. This made going into the weekend easy. Thanks, Hunter!
Tyler Hickman, the electrician, was such a great guy. So knowledgeable and so customer friendly. Answered all the questions I had and explained everything in easy to understand terminology. Highly recommend these guys. Very impressive company.
Very happy with everything. Got service on the same day that I called, super friendly service tech who took the time to make sure things were working correctly and explained the issue and what is going to happen for getting the issue resolved.
Knowledgeable wonderful and friendly installation crew and electrician Brian. (Sorry cannot remember names of the other three gentlemen.) Would recommend to everyone for repair or new installations.
Derrek was extremely professional and caring. He made sure everything was resolved with my generator and explained tests he ran to provide assurance. He asked if I needed anything else and happily diagnosed and completed a couple of additional projects, including replacing a GFE outlet in my garage. Fees were transparent up front, no surprises. It was a pleasure to do business with the company and Derrek is a great asset to them!
Had to call Mr Hollands to come back after they installed a new central air conditioning unit for my home. The new unit worked for one day and then would not fire up. Quite disappointing to say the least. When I requested a service call they were very prompt to remedy the problem. Very courteous install/service techs.
Aaron E. was very friendly, efficient, and respectful during his consultation. He showed me the different things that's needed to be done to help my furnace work more efficiently and even called his dispatcher to get the work started this Friday. So far I am very pleased with the company response time and pricing!
First time we had them out was for a vent pipe that was installed by them and wasn’t up to code as it was installed too close to the intake. They charged us to move it. Today we had them out for a unit that was installed by them less than two years ago and is under warranty. Still cost $300 to have them replace a part that cost $15 and took 20 min. Edited to respond that this account is under my last name (hubby’s first name) included in this review. We have called at least four times and been told someone would call back. It’s been weeks. No return call or resolution.
I got a call when the tech was on his way her kept me informed and up to date as he was going through the checklist worked efficiently and got our AC running again in a little over 2 hours happy to have them come back to do more service.
The very congenial Simon Z. did an exceptional job maintaining my AC unit. He explained everything thoroughly and shared pics of conditions in the unit and ducts. Awesome. Much appreciated!
Jose is wonderful! He's very knowledgeable, professional and skilled, as well as friendly! He takes the time to explain things in detail!
Sam was great! He diagnosed the problem with our old unused water softener, tested our water hardness, then removed the softener along with the brine tank and removed the copper piping. He also performed a full house plumbing inspection and replaced our old water hammer arrestor. Very satisfied with Sam's work and will request him for future plumbing jobs.
I called in the morning to schedule an appointment for the next day to unclog my drain. They were able to come out same day and got my drain uncloged. I was given some good pointers how to help maintain clog free pipes. I appreciated Kyle's quick work, explanations, and help with a potential future project.

Matt was great - professional and thorough! So many questions pop up when your AC breaks down. Matt went through all our options and allowed us to make the choice we were most comfortable with!

I was pretty impressed from start to finish with the entire process of getting a new H.V.A.C. system from Mr. Holland's and Carl was great & easy to work with, politely and patiently answering all my questions. Very clean too.
Thank you Mr. Holland's... as usual, your service was impeccable. All of my questions were answered and thank you, specifically, to Andy, who went above and beyond to help us with the new tankless water heater. His knowledge of the system performance and any regulations or restrictions there might be was outstanding, and he walked through all of the options before we finally decided on the best solution for our home. Thank you, Mr. Holland's, for keeping our all of our in-home systems running smoothly through your maintenance and service appointments: furnace, A/C and now our plumbing. We can't thank you enough!
