Fantastic service as always! Our air conditioning went out the day before the Fourth of July and the techs were out to install a brand new unit not even 48 hours after we learned that’s what we needed to fix our issue. Speedy service, friendly service, and great deals!

Had Charlie out to do a PM on the AC unit. Punctual, courteous and efficient. We have signed up for the Preferred Customer Agreement, saves money. Hales Corners came out to fix a leak in the AC lines. The lines were crimped when the builder installed them. Charlie and Cassey worked diligently since they had to remove a brick to access the leaky line. It took them 5 hours. I am pleased with the Armstrong HVAC unit that they installed. We have signed two Preferred Customer Agreements, so we would recommend them to others. My brother-in-law recommended them, he was in the business for over 30 years. Mike did not perform all the checks that Chris and Charlie did last year. He did not clean the outdoor cabinet with the hose. Did not charge for 8oz of freon, that was appreciated.

LOST OUT HEAT ON 2/26/2020 ON A 20 YEAR OLD FURNACE. WERE OUT IN 35 MINUTES. WOW! FAST! OUR FURNACE WAS OLD AND BY NOON TODAY WE HAD A NEW FURNACE INSTALL AND HAVE HEAT.. HAVE USED HALES CORNERS HEATING FOR ABOUT 12 YEARS GREAT COMPANY.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! GREAT JOB GUYS!

Hales Corners Heating and Air Conditioning has been our go to for many years. They are friendly and knowledgeable about our unit. They come out twice a year for routine maintenance. They are easy to reach and to schedule an appointment.
I use their service twice a year to make sure my AC and heating will not have problems during each upcoming season. The individuals that perform the service are very professional and informative to the home owner. Beyond that they are always on time and keep you updated on progress. With a previous furnace we had several “no heat” situations. They responded quickly and solved the issues. I also had the install a new furnace and AC a few years ago. The team was very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up the job sites. Overall Hales Corners Heating and Cooling is a company that you can depend on to provide the service and quality that you would expect.
Had a new furnace and air conditioner installed today I’m very pleased with the service and professional manners of the two installers. They were on time Friendly and explained everything to me. They cleaned up after themselves I could not be happier

My friend woke up on one of the coldest days of the year with no heat. They were able to send a tech over who, for nearly $400, replaced a part but warned her it would clog again in a month or so and she would need to replace it. Later that same day, the owner called and said she needed to replace the furnace immediately as it would die and leave her without heat. As she didn’t want to freeze, she agreed. The next day technicians arrived and replaced her furnace. The techs were all great. Midday the owner called and said her air conditioning must be replaced and they could do it now for only $4,500 additional… She said as a single mother and a teacher she couldn’t afford it and the air had been working great all summer. After some further browbeating, he finally agreed to leave it alone. When he came over after the furnace was installed, he was extremely rude - yelling and bullying when we tried to talk with him. At one point, he used his size to back my friend into a corner in the furnace room - all while condescending, intimidating and yelling at her. When we brought up his bad reviews that says this is how he operates he said all the bad reviews were left by competitors. Also, the paperwork and website all say one price for financing - but she was charged much more! And she still had to pay the nearly $400 for the original part! I would never recommend doing business with this man - unless you enjoy being threatened. We actually made sure he has no further access to her house… that’s how seriously we took his threats.
My husband and I recently contracted with Hales Corners Heating and A/C to replace both our faulty furnace and aged air conditioning unit. We were extremely impressed with the excellent level of service we received. The technicians were polite, informative, hardworking and their attention to detail was commendable. The job was completed in what seemed like record time. The technicians worked great together. We witnessed no one was standing around or on their phone. Everyone kept busy. We also are extremely grateful to the owner, who after discovering an estimating error (in our favor) honored the original amount quoted to us. It was refreshing to encounter that level of honesty and integrity. We will highly recommend Hales Corners Heating and A/C to everyone we know.
Called for service to repair our furnace on the day of Christmas Eve and big thank you to service techs Evan and Austin. Great service restored in under 30 minutes.
I/we recommend Hales Corners Heating and Cooling as they are very easy and pleasant to work with and explain things in a way I/we understand like our thermostat that is also connected to my phone. When we're gone we can up/down the temperature so house is always comfortable. They also clean up after themselves.
