Tom and Jeff are amazing!! They are always on top of any issues. They can also help regardless of what the issues it. I highly recommend them for Residential and Commercial HVAC work!!

I have been using Tom's Dependable Heating & Cooling for a number of years. We had a circumstance that recently came up where I called them on a Friday later in the day because we had no heat. This was the first real cold snap of the season and on top of this we had company come over for the weekend. I talked with Jeff who answered the phone and he told me he will get someone out that afternoon. A few hours later the service technician (Jason) came over, he was very professional and courteous. One hour later Jason rectified the problem and we were good to go. I was so appreciative of their service with very little leadtime. I will definitely recommend them going forward. I cannot say enough about this firm, especially Jeff and Jason!!! Excellent work guys!!
Tom and his team installed our new furnace and AC 20 years ago and have never failed to help us out when we’ve needed it. Excellent customer service. Very reasonable pricing. Very trustworthy.
