I hate when I have a problem and have to call for service.....but i LOVE getting the guys from Wesley. They are courteous and great to work with. A special shout out to Nick!!
When shopping for quotes, the team at Wesley's were very responsive with everything from phone calls, emails, and scheduled appointments. Their service was outstanding. Their technicians were very professional and punctual. This is our second time working with Wesley and would recommend them highly. Bob is no-nonsense. Gets the job DONE!!!
Troubleshooting AC / furnace issues and he was able to pinpoint the problem. Recommendations were made based on his assessments. Follow up will be sought with Wesley Heating and Cooling.

Came five days faster than their competitor could and my AC was fixed in minutes! Nick P. was friendly and professional and the price was reasonable. I will absolutely use them again in the future.
These people got their act together. They are friendly, polite, well mannered, and do exceptional good work in my place. I'm very happy on how they take care of the issues that need to be done. I call them and they come the same day.

My furnace stopped working the night of 1/17/23. We called on 1/18/23 morning and they were at my house within 30 mins to check the furnace out. Turns out it had a crack and needed to be replaced. Living in Wisconsin having no furnace during winter time is very critical. They did all they could to come as soon as possible (came 1/20/23), I know have a brand new furnace and most importantly a warm home for my 3 little kids. I'm very pleased with them that they knew the importance of us having heat in our home and they went above and beyond to get it scheduled and installed within a timely matter!

My mother's AC stopped working on the Thursday night before 4th of July weekend. We called on Friday mid-morning. Mandy in the office was great and Nick and Ethan were there by 12:30 to fix the unit. They worked quickly and got us up and running again. They were professional and very pleasant to work with. As an added bonus, they did not know that my mom had an annual contract with them and billed us without that benefit - still a very fair price. Mandy caught that and called us to process the rate reduction. Wesley Heating and Cooling was great to work with and we will do so again.
I had Jack come out for my house twice in the last few months working in a ghostly wiring issue, also checking over the a/c pre summer this year, overall one of the nicest most professional people I have ran in to, Wesley’s has installed new furnace unit in my rental houses and main home, never had a bad experience, great employees here hey should take care of here
Our furnace needed replacement everything went very well. I was surprised how quickly they had the job done. They made sure we understood how everything worked and did a great job cleaning up you would never know they had been there. We have had them do our furnace work as long as we have been in the house and would recommend them to anyone.

Great experience with installation of a new central air system. It was a seamless from start to finish. They even relocated the unit to an area away from the patio to make it more enjoyable for relaxing and enjoying our outdoor space! Would highly recommend.
Wesley was very nice and knowledgeable to work with. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner in a timely manner. Also cleaned up all debris. I would recommend Westley to anyone that needs any heating or cooling assistance.
