Called Tom. He came over that day to fix my AC when all the other places were going to take days. He was fast friendly and didn't take advantage
Came to home same-day. Called to ensure I knew what time he would arrive. Fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Friendly while doing so. Will definitely use this business again, should I need to.

Our furnace went in the middle of the night. I called 1st thing in the morning. The gentleman that answered let me know they don't handle our brand and it would be quicker to call someone who does. Thank you for your help this morning. Very friendly and helpful

I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH THE INSTALLATION AND PRICING OF THE HEATING AND A/C SYSTEM I PURCHASED. I WAS GIVEN 4 DIFFERENT CHOICES TO GET THE EFFIENTCY AND MODEL I DESIRED. TOM'S SYSTEMS HAD THE BEST WARRANTY OFFERED. THE INSTALLATION WORKS GREAT. TOM WORKED VERY WELL WITH ME DURING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS, I USED THE LAKEWOOD, WI LOCATION, THE SAME TECHNITIONS WORK AT BOTH LOCATIONS.

Furnace went out in January, they showed up within an hour. Got it runnning, ended up replacing furnace due to age of furnace. Replaced it 3 days later, took 4 hours and good to go.
I've called on Gerondale twice over the last couple years for furnace issues at my cabin. Nothing worse than driving 2 hours to your up north retreat and find no heat. Both times their response was outstanding. They were at my cabin within an hour both times. Both times the repairs were done quickly and explained in detail. Pricing was better than fair. Gerondale gets five stars twice!!! Would highly recommend !!!
