One of this companys trucks blew through a stop sign and almost hit my mother and my two year old daughter. He was speeding. When my mother called and asked to speak with the owner, she got no response. When she asked who was driving the red truck in that area, she said it was their salesman Ray. What idiots. No call back. No apology. They could have killed my daughter.

I had a Trane furnace and A/C unit installed as part of my new home build in Fall 2013. Control Group is my builders HVAC installer. My request of them was to provide me with a Quiet A/C unit due to it being located on my patio. Through my builder, they gave me a quote without a model # or any further information. Due to the advice of the salesman (Ray), that his recommended model would be perfect for me, I agreed to have them install the HVAC system. No options of various models and features were ever presented. After installation, I complained about the noise of the A/C unit (come to find out it is rated at 78 dB and was a 2012 model - left over in their warehouse??) and Ray gave me attitude saying "they have never had a complaint about noise" and "his boss" would have to address the issue with me. I never received a return call from them. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will deal with another company for my HVAC needs in the future. Note: In industry, it is recommended that hearing protection be worn if an employee needs to spend their day in a 80 dB atmosphere. A backyard patio should be more relaxing than an industrial shop floor.
