Our AC unit decided to stop working 2 days ago in 90 degree weather. Total professionalism with Dave and Shane. They were both Respectful, courteous and friendly. They explained things as they were going along. Shane got us back up and running again in no time at all. They were even able to come the same day my husband called. Highly recommend Bay Heating. Thank you guys!

I have used Bay Heating at my previous home and now my new home. Always top-notch service!! Recently, my air conditioner was not cooling. I placed a call and waited for a call back. Instead, a service truck arrived in less than an hour. I can't say enough about the service I have been provided - excellent team of people in the office and in the field.

Walked in to buy a flame sensor for my furnace. They stopped me and asked me what was going on, I explained the problem. They gave me a quick over view of what was causing it and what to do just to get the heat going. Will be going back when it comes time to install A/C and service my furnace.

Bay Heating has provided customer service above and beyond in multiple interactions over the years and at multiple homes. The staff is professional, dedicated and very respectful of our home and time. I recommend them to anyone looking for an honest contractor. They also have a maintenance plan that takes the work out of remembering to service your HVAC system. Dave and his team are top notch.

They charged my disabled mother 244$ for a thermostat worth 50-70$ at menards,lowes and home depot! Besides that issue, receptionist was nice and dispatched technician within an hour and job was done within 45 minutes..wont do business with them in future.. what you just posted is incorrect sir, I tried to get a quote of amount it could be before receptionist dispatched tech, she offered no information on it..11/19/19
