I was looking to get my air conditioning upgraded to a central air unit. The staff was very friendly and flexible with scheduling. Mike came and did the initial inspection to scope out the job and walk me through the options. Installation went smooth and everything was comfortably and comfortably within my budget. Would definitely recommend and I will absolutely be returning for any future HVAC needs.
Would not hesitate to use this company again. They were very professional and responsive to all of my many questions. They installed our furnace, air conditioner, and gas line. Friendly, informative, and cleaned up afterwards. We are very happy with the product and service received!

The entire experience was wonderful. Brian Josephs our Salesman explained everything about the air system to us. We had several other estimates done and his was by far the best. The installers Matt & Gage were very professional and courteous. They also cleaned up after the install. 3 weeks after the install, Karen from Customer Service called to check in on us regarding our satisfaction. It was a positive experience working with such a great team from Bay Area Services Inc. Top notch A+

Bay Area was fast to respond during winter when my furnace went out. Within a business day, they were on-site installing a new furnace and ac unit for me.
We have had Bay Area Services for Servicing our A/C and Furnace for several years and have always been pleased with their service. A few years ago they installed our new Central Air unit and the most recent was a new Furnace. They have always taken care of our issues in a timely manner.
Brain was our salesman no pressure at all gave options and honesty emergency install. Wade and Gage we on time professional, polite snow was coming down they were careful to wipe their feet . They clean up the mess from install so well you could not tell they were here. Took time to explain the new fangled thermostat and system to us.
I would definitely recommend Bay Area Services. Every technician, salesman and installer was great to work with. They are very knowledgeable and I genuinely felt like they cared about me as their customer.

these guys where great! they asked us permission before doing anything like drilling new holes and explained why. they were very informative after completing our install showing us how it all worked awnsering questions. they were respectful of our home couldn't have asked for a better experience
We purchased a home that had a new HVAC system installed in January of 2022. We assumed that it was running efficiently. We assumed wrong. I contacted Bay Area Services to do a maintenance check. Boy am I glad we did. Our tech, James, identified 2 issues we were unaware of. The gas settings were too high and not set to proper standards, and there was a water leaking from the drain trap. James pointed this out, adjusted the settings and even though our system wasn’t installed by Bay Area Services, he let us know that it was under warranty from the manufacturer. We could have had a major problem of it wasn’t fixed. Thank you to James and the team at Bay Area Services!!
Bay Area services arrived on time and installed humidifier on furnace. The tech explained how to use it and suggested adjustments for each season.
