Anchor H&C, Greg the owner, fantastic in my book! He's personable and professional! We've worked with Greg over the years for furnace and ac checkups and 2 different house installations! I highly recommend Greg and Anchor above and beyond all others!!
I've used Greg in the past with great success; enjoyed his work ethic and quality of work. However, after installing a new furnace & AC two years ago, the AC system failed (lost charge) pretty much the first summer. It took me two years of poking and prodding to get the system repaired. Greg was unprofessional, unresponsive and did not provide updates as to his actions or plans. He would go into the duplex to perform work and would not inform me of the entrance or completion. Everything, every communication, had to be pulled from him, sometimes with great emotion on my end. I do not know what changed for Greg, but I will not recommend him nor use his service ever again. IF you decide to use his services, hold him to task.
