Called AMA and they scheduled me in a timely manner, came out and diagnosed the issue. Then took the time to explain the issue and after getting the part fixed it. Very professional . Highly recommended

We planned on going with AMA for split air conditioning after getting quotes from them and 2 other companies. Al had made everything seem like it would work for us. We put money down but after 2 months of trying to get on their schedule we were told they didn't have crew to do our job. We felt like they let us down. He said they had a larger commercial job they needed the crew for. We went with another local company who really came through for us. We would not recommend AMA.

In Wisconsin if you find any company that doesn't try to cheat you or make a fortune off of you, KEEP them and RECOMMEND them!! AMA is the epitome of one of those companies that give you the highest quality of service at fair and reasonable pricing. I have used them personally and can’t recommend them highly enough. THEY ARE THE BEST YOU WILL FIND!

I need to reach out to your team regarding a central air installation that took place at my residence yesterday on 6/7/2021. And I would like to give credit where credit is due. I cannot say enough about your HVAC installation expert, Shane. This guy was above and beyond in professionalism, expertise, and just a friendly person to work with. He is definitely a great example of a person that embodies the face of a company. He installed my replacement central air unit in a handful of hours and had us back up and running by 11am. I can not say enough about how much I appreciate his work for AMA. Hats off Shane - you did a phenomenal job. Thank you. With that being said, it also has to be noted that your sales rep, AL, really made the choice happen for me. I received 3 quotes from HVAC companies in the area. All relatively similar in price. However, what did me over was Al's personality and willingness to listen to what our concerns and needs were in order to make this purchase. he did what was needed for AMA to get the sale by listening to me, his customer. And that made all of the difference in my choice. Aside from that, he was just a down to earth personable person who did an excellent job of explaining the HVAC systems to me prior to me making the purchase. Thank you Al! And although I didn’t have too much interaction with Kim at the office, when I did she was amazing - excellent attitude and took care of my questions, relaying messages, and billing needs with professionalism and a great attitude. Thank you Kim!! All in all it was an extremely great experience with a great local company. I know I am just one of many customers in your schedule, but your excellent work could not go without be acknowledged and for me to say thank you - job well done!
To: Nathan and Nick Thank you for dispatching Rob to my home yesterday. I know your service techs are getting a lot of calls given the current record cold snap! Rob knows my boiler, hot water, in-floor and under floor heat systems. He listened while I described the symptoms, immediately inspected the boiler relay circuits and located a detached wire WITHIN a closed steel junction box! He then methodically verified the circuits, repaired the connection and tested all the functions. (Fortunately, the frozen hot water line in my garage wall did not burst.) A pleasant experience working with these guys. I had new heating & A/C installed in an older farm house. They arrived on the day specified. The technician stayed on the job for a week until the job was complete. The workmanship was great. It's nice to see there are still trades people who care about the final product.

The AC quite working in my Appleton, Wisconsin show room late this morning. And I know they where slammed with AC work, as it was showing 89 degrees in the showroom and mid 90's outside when the crew from AMA got here. They found a shorted out wire, could be bird's, not sure. System up and running again. Showroom temp down to 82 in less than half and hour. This is the 2nd time in 2 years I have used AMA Heating & Air Conditioning. I highly, highly recommend them to solve your AC or Heating Needs. Matt Tuffy's Auto Repair Center Appleton, WI

I had the great pleasure of working with Al Kutska and your tech Shane. They are both extremely professional and knowledgeable. Shane is easy to work with and explains just what is going to happen in terms that are easy to understand. I would recommend your company to anyone who needs any heating or cooling needs.
I have had the pleasure of working with Matt Kersten and his foreman Mark on my home addition. These guys are excellent. From project conception through job completion the workmanship and coordination is the best I have seen in the HVAC field. Congratulations on a job well done on time and within budget.
This company failed to service a commercial HVAC unit for an entire year after being asked to do so. As a result several people suffered carbon monoxide poisoning due to a cracked heat exchanger! Their neglect caused brain injury and devastation to all aspects of life. Even knowing immediately the injuries involved they destoyed the heat exchanger and the cover up began. The only positive thing this company did was start properly doing their inspections and posting carbon monoxide warnings. Carbon monoxide is the silent killer and this company nearly killed. In response to the owners reply. Wow, even more cover up. This tragic event happened in 2011-2012 and there absolutely was carbon monoxide poisoning. The company destoyed the evidence immediately so that the unit could not be tested. The case litigated for almost 4 years , their own lawyer admitted they were in BIG trouble very early on in the case. In no way does the settlement check reflect or refer to litigation costs, it states injury! The unit was NOT tested, it was destoyed so that testing could not be performed. The company changed the way they serviced HVAC units immediatly after they neglected their duties and poisoned several people.
Dan came to our business and was the most pleasant individual! He was polite, courteous, and efficient. I couldn’t say enough about how much of a pleasure it was to have him come fix the air!
