I called them because I was having trouble with my heating and air conditioning system. The tech came out, looked at my unit, and told me what was wrong. He then explained how to fix the problem and gave me a quote for the work. The tech was very knowledgeable about my unit and very professional in his work. He did an excellent job fixing my unit and cleaning up after his visit. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs heating or air conditioning repair done!..
Jack was excellent! He was very efficient and on time and very knowledgeable about the heating and air system. He was very thorough explaining exactly what was wrong with the system. He did an outstanding job. Great company!!
I was very happy with my experience with Austex Heating & Air Conditioning. The tech was very knowledgeable, fast and thorough.He was able to repair my AC unit saving me a lot of money. He even cleaned up after he was done and his charges were very good. I will highly recommend them.

He was able to clean and check both AC systems and put our minds to rest, as we had just purchased this home. We even purchased a service agreement. We have been using Daltons Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. for 5 years at our home for maintenance and repairs. Their technicians are polite and knowledgeable, and the company is well organized and gets back to you promptly. We really like the maintenance contract we have with them. We find that the techs are trustworthy and always show us the parts that are problematic. This company is not the cheapest around, but in my experience, you typically get what you pay for. In my opinion this is a good value in that regard, and we will stick with them.
Fred from Daltons Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. just left after a checkup of my AC system. He was polished, friendly and patient with answering all my questions. He also offered extra services but did not hard sell them. If I need any AC services I will definitely be requesting him!
My experience with Daltons Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. was amazing. I didn't even know that my furnace was in a state that could cost me a lot of money and it was only 2yrs old. Thanks again for offering a great service. You came and left even made my furnace room cleaner than it was when you came.It was worth the investment. I would highly recommend you to anyone I know.
Chris provided - air and duct cleaning service yesterday at our home.He was professional, everything was explained, excellent service. Left area in good condition, performed task as described.
