We called once a few months ago in December and tonight 3/27. Both times we never heard back from them. The lady who answers says to call back in 20 minutes if the OnCall person doesn’t call you back. We call back after 30 minutes and someone else answers and says they aren’t sure why she said 20 minutes when it takes a couple hours. Well it’s been months since the first call and no response.
Sparky delivered great service and detail to fix the issue and saved me money. They will be the first call when time comes for a new furnace. Great job.

We have Sparky's team check out our furnace annually and couldn't be happier with their service! We are on our second furnace with them, the first installed back in the early 90's lasted well beyond it's expected years and the newer furnace has been working great without any issues since installation over 6 years ago. The team at Herman's Heating & AC are the finest! They are punctual, professional, knowledgable and fast! I highly recommend them to serve any of your business or home heating/cooling needs.

Our 2nd time, in a span of 20+ yrs, using this company to install heating/cooling systems between 3 different homes; each time has been a great experience. Very professional and great at what they do. Hands down, would definitely recommend this company for any of your air/heating needs.
Our AC went down on a Tuesday during that last spell of hot weather. We called our reg. furnace guys but they said it would be a week before they could come out. Called Hermans and they were here in 2 hrs. and fixed the problem. Super customer service.
