Very disheartened. Had gas line put in and outlet converted. Workers failed to turn breaker back on for freezer and we lost all of our food. No apology - just said “we didn’t do it on purpose”. Would never use them again.

I have used Art’s 4 or 5 times since moving to DeForest a decade ago. Everyone from the person who answers the phone to the tech who comes out is very professional, nice and kind. Never try and upsell, always looking to do right thing. Highly recommend.

Art's did a great job fixing my A/C. The technician was prompt and professional. He did not try to sell me extra services. He simply replaced the part and gave me a VERY reasonable bill. My A/C was fixed instantly. Great work Art's! Great local business here in Deforest.

We recently moved to the DeForest/Windsor area and were looking for an electrician to help with kitchen remodel. We contacted Art's and Dale stopped the next day to provide us with a quote. They were very thorough with their assessment of what we needed done and provided us with a very reasonable quote for the work. The technicians were great to work with and completed everything in less than a day which included adding a sub-panel, running a new circuit for the microwave and adding new outlets for the refrigerator, freezer and wall oven plus a few other miscellaneous odds and ends. We would highly recommend Art's for any electrical work needed, and are happy that we have found a local professional that we can trust for future projects.

Excellent experience. Highly recommend Art's Electric. I had an older home with knob and tube wiring that I was trying to sell. I had several electricians come out to give me bids to update everything to code. Dale was very thorough and told me it was a tricky job due to the lack of attic access. He said he would try to get creative so there were as few holes as possible. All other electricians told me there would be holes everywhere. I'm so glad I went with Art's because they were the least expensive and made only a few small holes for me to patch. I had an offer on my house and they made sure to get the work done so I didn't have to move my closing. Jeanne in the office was also very helpful with getting me the paperwork I needed to show the title company. Just really honest, nice people that care about their customers.
