Rob was awesome. He gave me technical information in layman's terms which was greatly apprecitated. He took time to show me how to properly keep the unit clean to keep it running smoothly for years to come. Rob was professional, knowledgeable, and a great communicator, I hope he gets assigned to my account.
Andrew did an excellent job with the exception of switching the hot/cold lines backwards. The tag is always on the hot water line and is connected to the cold
My water heater finally crapped out after 20 years. Water everywhere. I Google searched plumbers in the Racine area. Lots of businesses, lots of 4 or 5 star reviews. I chose Southport. Called about 0730 on July 3rd not sure what to expect as far as availability. Much to my surprise, they were able to get a technician out between 10 and 2. I figured on getting the call around 1 or 130pm sing they're on their way. Not a couple of minutes after 10. Within 20 minutes after that, Andrew arrived. I showed him what was up, and knew that I'd need, he told me that they got away from Rheem products because of issues with the gas valve on the heaters(which I had been looking at on the home depot site). He went to get the heater and some new piping, got everything in and out and repaired by 1pm. He even replaced the stuck water valve going to the heater. To wrap it up, I'm glad I didn't do it myself, I'm glad I went with Southport, I'm glad I didn't have to wait until after July 4th to have running water again.
Working with Southport was such a pleasure. From meeting Nathan our Sales guy and his apprentice to working with Tyler and his crew. Nathen came out the same day our HVAC system went out and we were scheduled for the next week. Tyler and his crew worked all day in 90 degree weather and with a building that is quite challenging in regards to getting to the units. We liked them so much we signed up for their service plan! Can't say enough good things.

My sump pump and exterior discharge line were due for replacement. Southport was nothing short in completing/honoring their end of the project. All the listed details discussed prior to the start date were done to the “T” across 2 days. The tech’s assigned conducted themselves with good composure, demeanor, and aptitude.

Had a plumber fix my toilet. He was easy to talk with and generally helpful. Professional and quick. I like Southport they are a good local company. Little bit pricey but the job always gets done right.

Justin arrived less than a half hour after appointment was made. Took less than 2 hours to complete the job and the price was fair. He was very professional. He even cleaned up after he was completed.

My furnace died in the coldest time of the year. I called them they came out. A part needed to be ordered it took a week to get. Okay I get it supply chain stuff. They fixed it. They presented a bill to me I paid it with a check. Good thing my wife took a copy of the bill. They never gave is one. Now some 5 months later I get another bill. Which I thought was already paid. No way am I paying any extra. Techs were very good. About the only good thing I can say. I will not call these people again.
How to change out our water heater James did a quick and thorough job , had to drive all the way to Addison, IL to get the correct replacement.
I had an AC issue and Rob did an outstanding job finding the problem and was quick to replace the part (which he already had with him). He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will definitely be requesting him again if I have any future issues with AC or furnace. And! I was able to get a next day appt. in the 90 degree weather!! I had a great day with these gentlemen that installed my brand, new furnace and brand new AC it was a special price they were on time everything was professional, cleaned up after they were done & took everything with them.
