Brennan was prompt, friendly, and professional. He quickly repaired our AC unit and inspected the rest of our HVAC system. The whole time he clearly and helpfully explained what different components were, how the system worked, basic things to check for periodically and important things to do when there’s a malfunction. I learned a lot and our AC is back in order, which is a huge relief since we’re in a heat wave. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I’m glad we called Driftless for help.
My furnace went out on a cold afternoon. I called Brennan, he was able to get out quickly and diagnose a bad circuit board. He called around to find one, had to travel to pick it up, and returned that same evening to put it in. Very professional, very prompt. I have found my new go-to for HVAC issues!

A great experience getting my furnace maintained and cleaned by Driftless HVAC. Brennan was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was very detailed in explaining any maintenance issues with my furnace and gave me tips to get better life out of my system. Called 4 HVAC companies to get quotes for a new furnace in 2020. Brennan at Driftless was not only the best priced, but he was also available sooner and had the equipment in a shorter time than others. His work was extremely clean, and professional. He was in and out with no issues, and worked within our needs. I highly recommend Brennan, as a local business I know my money spent was staying local and going to help out another family.
We had condensation forming in our range hood vent in our new-to-us-house. Brendan came out and figured out that the venting through the attic was not insulated by whoever installed it. He was super nice and easy to work with the whole time. We scheduled the repair like a week later and he arrived right on the dot for our previously scheduled time. After the work was completed and I paid him, he asked about my furnace so I showed it to him. He took 15-20 minutes and tweaked some of the default settings it was on so it was more effective in our house size -- all for zero charge. He obviously cares about his customers and now I will be using his company going forward. He's top notch.

Brennan was very professional and knowledgeable. He recommended a new furnace and A/C unit as ours had had fires in it and was ruined. He was not pushy, was very helpful and took twice the amount of time as he was expecting, just to make sure he got our job done. Highly recommend Driftless HVAC in Blue Mounds, WI.

Brennan was extremely professional, highly skilled and a pleasure to work with! He made two trips to our home, one to replace our thermostat and upgrade the ducting from our vent fan; the other was to install the APCO-X UV/Carbon unit in our HVAC system. He was always on time and completed the work as promised, for a very reasonable charge. I highly recommend Driftless HVAC for all of your HVAC install, repairs and/or upgrades.

I was able to get a quick appointment during a busy hot week after a holiday. Very professional and used safety measures during COVID times which was greatly appreciated.
