I was very impressed with Unique, I felt they were extremely honest, sold me what I needed without trying to upsell me on something I didn't need and they did a great job! I got quotes from lots of other companies in the Madison area - Unique was the cheapest, the least salesy, the quickest and sold the brand of furnace and air conditioner we wanted.
Kurt is very honest and does great work. I use him for all my heating and cooling needs.
Kurt came to do a furnace tune up for me and was very easy to work with and quick to fit into his schedule not to mention his great prices. It turned out that a portion of our 20 year old furnace was cracked and in danger of breaking at anytime. Kurt quickly contacted the company that made our furnace to get a repair piece, but found that it wasn't made anymore. Since that piece was obsolete and the furnace was still under warranty, he got the furnace company to give us a completely brand new furnace! The only thing he charged us for was the return visit to install the new furnace. SO happy with the service and the cost!
Kurt recently replaced my central air system. He did a great job; fast, efficient service, very quick turn around on the new components. Absolutely first rate.
Honest and well priced! Have Kurt out every year for a furnace inspection! Best price/service around!!!! He will be replacing our furnace this year... But was very honest about everything and did not try to sell us anything more than we need!
