Made numerous calls to 6 local HVAC companies, including the company who sold and installed my furnace, when it went down this winter. Of the 2 companies who even returned my calls, only KEVIN with COMFORT STAR HEATING & COOLING got going on the repair the same day and provided same-day warranty and replacement info for my furnace.
