The install techs were absolutely outstanding! Very professional, great work, and very friendly.
Josh was super professional and explained what part had failed. Called at 730a and they were able to work us in and get the AC unit back on within 30 minutes. Will be using them again.
We had Best Virginia service our Heating and cooling system on July 6th, 2023. Justin Landers was the rep that came and he did a good job during the visit and also of explaining the costs and benefits associated with the products and services offered by Best Virginia. It’s currently hard to find any HVAC companies, but Best Virginia is a throwback to the customer service days that seem to be fading away.
Came in a very timely manner. Very professional. Would definitely use them again.
I just want to say I love, love, love Best Virginia!! There was an issue that happened last weekend that put a bad taste in my mouth about Best Virginia. The owner (John) called me right away about it and was soooo nice and made me happy about this company. We need a new unit and Robert came to our house went over everything with us, he was professional and just so nice! We are getting a new heating and cooling unit installed with Best Virginia on Saturday. This company really cares about customers and making customers happy. I will recommend Best Virginia to everyone! If you want excellent customer service go with Best Virginia. Thank you John and Robert for being so nice to us. You all are awesome!
The response time was quick and the technicians were professional and efficient. They replaced my unit quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

I recently had my 20 year old heat pump and blower unit replaced by Best Virginia H&C. Let me just say I could not have asked for a more professional group of people to deal with, from the salesman to the installation crew (I think they sent the FUN crew - JD, Spencer, and Huntley - for my installation!). Starting off with being on time, I appreciated them explaining each step to me along the way and the value that it added to the overall product I had purchased. The crew happily answered any questions that I had about system usage as well as general HVAC questions along the way. Their experience was very obvious after seeing them deal with some of the installation challenges that they were presented with. They were also very conscious of keeping my house clean throughout the installation. From start to finish, I could tell I was dealing with a very professional company who cares about there customers. I would highly recommend Best Virginia H&C for your HVAC needs!

Caleb was excellent with explaining the thermostat issue. I wasn’t pressured at all to buy a new one although I opted to anyway. He was very professional and thorough. Impressed with Caleb and Best Virginia.
I would highly recommend Best Virginia for all of your heating and cooling needs. Justin Landers was at our house this morning to do our routine maintenance on our air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he did. He also answered all of the questions that I had.
When we decided to replace our heating & cooling systems, we chose Best Virginia Heating & Cooling. From the time the four man crew arrived, they never stopped working for the 10 hours it took to install the new units. They treated us and our home with courtesy and true respect. They worked so well together, each knowing what needed to be done and worked seamlessly together to complete the job in a timely, professional manner. After completing the job, they went over all that had been done and explained everything we need to know about the new system, never rushing through the explanation and answered all my questions, even though they must have been tired after such a long day. They did quality work, true professionals, and left me with the peace of mind knowing that they stand behind their work if we need them in the future. From Robert, who gave us an estimate after determining what systems suited our needs best, to the four men who did the installation, we were treated with courtesy and respect. I highly recommend BEST VIRGINIA HEATING & COOLING; they do outstanding , quality work at a good price.
After an emergency situation, I was recommended Robert from Best Virginia and I went from no AC in the middle of summer to cold air in THREE DAYS. While my air was out, they made sure my most used rooms were cooled via complimentary window units as well. Not only was Robert helpful with the options I had, he was kind, informative, and understanding. The install crew showed up right on time, and remained professional and communicative through the whole thing. I would recommend this team to any one looking for HVAC solutions!

It's becoming more difficult to find a business that will complete their work as promised. Best Virginia does this and more. They communicated very well and kept us informed as the project moved along. There was no pressure to buy and we felt well informed about our choices. We were given several options that would fit most any budget. The installers were friendly and professional. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.
Seriously, you can go through the motions and get multiple estimates, but I already did that, so you really don't have to. Save yourself the time and call Best Virginia. They are not the cheapest, but they are the best...and really, do you want the cheapest for your family and home? or do you want the best? My husband gave Robert a call - he was out the next day to give us an estimate. Not just an estimate, but an education. Did you know you need flood protection on your air handler in your attic space?? No one else mentioned flood protection to me...or surge protection, or architectural covers so the lines coming from my attic don't make the outside of my house look ratchet, or energy efficient units that get you tax credits😉. The crew was here 2 days later - yes, 2 days!! Huntley, Jason, and Alex were prompt, professional, considerate and just right down pleasant to have in my home. They covered my new carpet and kitchen floor so no damage was done. Cleaned up ao completely, you would never know they had been here. My unit proved to be a bit of a challenge, but they worked on and completed the change out in one day. They even dropped what they were doing to help my find my silly dog - she snuck out of the yard to take a tour of the neighborhood. Again...I called all the places. I got all the estimates. Don't waste your time. Best product, best staff, best installation, best service- just call Best Virgina.
