We moved in our house less than 1 year ago. Our upstairs HVAC system has probably went out 15-20 times. Unfortunately, we have to keep using Ashworth because we have the home warranty. Every time they come, a different tech comes and none of them have been able to fix it. They all put on a bandaid fix and it quits again! They were here 3 days ago, it they are coming back again today. If we could use a different company, we definitely would! **UPDATE** Today (7-3-2023) they performed a basic tuneup on our system. When the tech left we discovered that the upstairs unit was not working. It was 85° upstairs. Was unable to get them to return because it was too late in the day. I spoke with a friend of mine who was a former HVAC tech. He told me some things to try. I went to the attic and realized that the tech flipped the breaker on the actual unit. As soon as I turned it on....COLD AIR! This whole situation is total negligence on the tech that came to our house. This should have been checked before he left. Again, I will never use this company again. I have a large social media following and definitely will be educating everyone on this company and the poor performance they have provided us over the past 2 years. Additional Update: I guess the owner can not handle negative reviews. Absolutely any business owner has to be prepared to accept positive reviews and negative reviews. Unfortunately my review was negative. I got a letter in the mail today from the owner saying that he is cutting ties with our business relationship which does not hurt my feelings in slightest. I was not just complaining, I had actual proof of their technicians not doing their jobs effectively. I work for a company working on ATM's. If I had left an ATM after workingand did not make sure it was working properly when I left then I would have got in trouble. I feel that these type of technicians need to make sure their work is better than what they are doing, especially making sure that the HV
I had a new heat pump installed today and went out for 2 hours. When I came home the unit had stopped working. I have placed numerous calls and they keep saying the owner would need to call me. NO call . Very disappointed with this company. I have been doing business with them for 20 years. I would not recommend them.
Brian very efficiently diagnosed our issue and provided price points for the repairs while on site. His expertise was obvious and appreciated.
Thanks sooiooo much for meeting me at my home 🏠 on the hottest day of the year and helping me get my air conditioner running… I feared the worst my unit was down but my technician was promptly on it determining the issue… He was VERY patient,professional and helpful!!!! I needed a capacitor and we were up and running!!!!! Thanks so much as I have an elder in the house and a dog with asthma!!!!! You get 5 stars ⭐️ from me if I could give u 10 .. Service personnel was very helpful and quickly found and repaired the problem with my frozen HVAC unit.
They came to see how much it would cost to replace the furnace and the young man was very polite and knowledgeable about everything. Can't get it just yet but will call them back out in a couple months to do the full job.
Joe did our estimate today and was wonderful. He was able to answer all our questions and was very professional
Called at 8 am with a 27yo dead hvac fan motor that died the night before.. After initially telling me it might be a day or two to get to me, they looked at the schedule said they could juggle things and send someone between 1&5pm. Joe showed up in an Ashworth van wearing Ashworth shirt at 2:10…assessed the situation, adapted a bracket and installed a new motor within an hour. And the bill….what surprise, literally hundreds less than I expected even without the generous discount. This couldn’t have gone better given the situation. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Good job!!
I have used Ashworth Heating and Cooling for years. Our technician, Alex, is courteous, helpful, and does a great job. Like the new guy I had this time was well.
The service is always excellent and they are very friendly.

Joe was super nice, very efficient, found the problem and fix it in an hour! Got appointment in 24 hours after I requested it. Didn’t push you to pay for things you don’t want to. Highly recommend!

Ashworth has been the premier Carrier and overall area HVAC contractor in the tristate area for many years. Fast, Fair well trained and friendly professionals. It’s a challenge to find trust these days but they’ve been trustworthy for many, many years.
