I wanna thank TNG 4 doing an amazing job and most of all I love the way they accommodated my dads needs
We bought our house seven years ago. It was built in the 90’s and we knew it was an old system at the time of purchase. Each year we had Chris come save us went something went wrong. He helped keep that system going and understood our hesitancy to replace it (it’s not cheap!). Every tech that has come out has been diligent to find the issue and get it replaced quickly and correctly. We finally replaced the unit this year and we’re grateful for the speed in which they had the work done. They are super honest and I never feel like they are trying to make me spend more than absolutely necessary. I highly recommend them!!
What a great family business. Chris, the owner of TNG and his son installed my entire system the day before it started to get hot again. Their work is first class and I’d recommend them for any install or repair job. It’s hard to find competent people these days but this company completed the job on time and without leaving a trace of being here. Thanks guys
Chris came out to my house to repair an element in my hot water heater and he noticed that the hard water had damaged it and stated it was only a matter of time before this would happen again. He suggested that I replace the hot water heater and gave me an estimate right away. The price was very fair and it was installed within a week. It would have been done earlier however the family had concrete vacation plans. Chris and his son came back and replaced my hot water heater. They were professional and courteous and explained everything to me along the way. They cleaned up after themselves and left the room the way it was when they arrived. I would definitely recommend TNG to anyone needing any of their services.
What can I say about Chris and his team? I think more so I need to acknowledge what CAN'T I say. From installing our new gas water heater (and getting it turned on with last minute notice) to coming and checking out our dryer at 4 in the morning because we thought something was wrong, to saving our butts and helping us install an appliance at the drop of a hat (because Home Depot dropped the ball big time), TNG has been nothing short of amazing. I have never encountered a more dedicated group of professionals who have a vast array of knowledge and really, and I cannot emphasize this enough, CARE. The level of customer service, compassion, and genuine competence in their craft is unparalleled. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you TNG for everything you do!
I've been a client for years but never really knew what was being "maintained." Ray was sent to do my maintenance today and he was very informative. He did an outstanding job and was very through.
We have used TNG for multiple purposes. Repair of a commercial heating furnace, replacement of a water heater and total replacement of furnace and heat pump at our home. All of the services were done very well and timely. The house furnace was a replacement of an old gas furnace with lots of issues that weren't easy to fix. Chris, Ray and Kolby did it very well, professionally and timely. I highly recommend TNG.
I needed an air filter for my house and with the all the fires the big box stores were completely sold out. Contacted Erin and TNG had one in stock and Erin shipped it out the same day. If I didn't live so far away, I would use TNG for all my heating and air conditioning needs.
Just wanted to give a quick thanks to Chris and Erin and their employees for the excellent work and customer service our farm and family has received for our homes and shop/office building. We have had several house calls by 2 different companies to fix our instant hot water unit and the problem was not fixed! Chris Moore from TNG came out the same day we called him and within 2 hours our unit was running perfectly.
Outstanding, prompt, efficient service! We have used TNG for our two houses for several years. Chris and his team just installed a new HVAC system for us. We are definitely pleased with their professional - yet personable - work. Highly recommend!!

We have been using TNG for the maintenance on our units for almost 10 years now. Everyone at TNG has been more than professional with taking care of our needs & helping us out. We have had a few different issues this summer and they were quick to find the issue and take care of it. In 100 degree weather that is very appreciated! Thank you TNG!!!
My experience with TnG has always been great. Their customer service extends well beyond the front counter and phone answering but all the way to the guys out in the field. The guys out in field are very thorough and take the time to explain what’s going on and how to prevent further issues from occurring. I would definitely recommend the business to others. Ryan did a great job when my Fan motor went out. The fan was pretty much corroded/rusted to the shaft but Ryan had all the right tools and skills to get the the job done. Showed me what he was doing, explained to me the process, very clean installation. Thanks TNG and employee of the month Ryan.
Unfortunately I didn't feel they have good customer service. Did not make any repairs for the $80 and just got off the phone with Chris the owner and his estimate is $500 and maybe more with no guarantees....hmmm....he made it sound like I was putting him out???? I will use another local a.c. repair company....
TNG is now located in Zillah, WA. They just installed a ductless mini split system in our home. Chris and Ryan are very conscientious about their work. They answered all of our questions during installation and were very patient while working in an area with very little access. They work well together and communicate in a calm professional manner. We appreciate their knowledge and determination to get things just right. We highly recommend TNG.
