Outstanding service and performance. A job well done.
Fast, professional service! Huge shout out to Alex and Tristan for fixing a problem (caused by an untrained "professional"), that'd been vexing me for a week. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. 10/10! Will absolutely call them again for any plumbing issues.
I had Resicon install my mini split system and do some gas piping for a new gas set up for my gas range. Each crew - there were three of them - one for the HVAC install, one for the electrical install for the HVAC and one for the gas piping install. While the HVAC crew ran into some issues, they did not leave until everything was resolved and everything was finished. The gas piping crew had to come back for some items flagged by the King Co/City of Seattle inspector but they did so in a timely manner and got everything done per the inspector's specifications and then returned to connect the gas line to the stove once PSE unlocked the meter after their inspection. Each crew was professional and friendly. I highly recommend them for your HVAC and plumbing needs!
This is an overdue review of my Mitsubishi mini-split install last summer but the excellent service received from the very beginning to the completed install is still fresh in my memory. Dustin handled the scheduling and admin details. He was always available to address any of my questions and/or concerns with never once seeming put out or too busy. The installers and electricians, Dave, Brian, Anthony and Will were everything you'd want with a professional install. They were on time (actually, I think early), explained what they were going to do, repeatedly asked if I had any questions, and were respectful of my home (inside and out). I'll also add that everyone was really friendly and seemingly worked very well as a team. Now, on to the product. OMG, I had no idea my quality of life could be improved so much, especially with the cooling feature. Going from an indoor reading of 105 degrees to a comfortable 72 is truly a dream come true. And it's also proven to maintain a comfortable temp with the recent freezing days we've had. It's incredibly quiet and after a very short time, the wall unit isn't really noticeable. Easy to clean and operate. It's not exact but from what I've been able to compare to my previous bill, the energy use is about 1/3 of what I used last year winter (which also equates to a lower electrical bill). I'm so grateful to Resicon for their service. Thank you a million!!
Jack, Dan and Anthony did a great job with my Heatpump install. They arrived on time, walked me through and discussed the work that was to be done on the home. They even cleaned up all the debris. The system works great. I highly recommend Resicon for your HVAC needs.
Prior to Christmas, my furnace broke down, and despite my best efforts to call many businesses, I knew that I would probably not hear back from any until the weekend following the holiday. On Christmas Day, Resicon contacted me to see if they could be of assistance and arranged for a technician to visit and evaluate my needs two days later. I received two other quotations for the replacement of my furnace, but Resicon's service looked to be a more cost-effective alternative without installing a product that was more than what I needed. I had the impression that the 2 other competitors that I received quotes from were attempting to upsell me. Within two days, I had a new heater installed. The installation team, electricians, and office staff are all pleasant and professional. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to use this company in the future.
Excellent customer service! I called Thursday Dec 22 at 5pm to see if they could stop by to check my furnace that went out on a 25 degree day. They were fully booked until after Christmas but would try to see if they could fit me in the next day. 4 other well known companies could not accommodate me until a week after. 10 minutes later I received a call letting me know someone would be arriving around 8:00 am the next morning! My issue was fixed promptly and a preventive measure was offered and applied that was covered in the service fee to come out. I will use this company for all my other hvac/plumbing/electrical needs in the future!
We're so glad we went with Resicon to replace our gas furnace with a ducted heat pump! We got 6 quotes and theirs stood out as the best value and the most professional. Jason and Teri were great to work with and very communicative. Bryan, Daniel, Anthony, and the onsite team were awesome as well.
Problem solved by Jason! A fuse was blown when we tried to install new thermostat in old furnace. Good open mind and knowledge. Thanks, Jason.
Using Resicon was the best decision I could have made! From the immaculate installation, knowledge, and professionalism I couldn't be happier. Young, Kevin, and Aiden were great and all very detailed in putting my unit in. I would highly recommend using them in the future.

Resicon installed my Mitsubishi heat exchanger in late 2019. I was impressed with each member of their team then...from the receptionist/scheduler (Vielka, Baylee and Craig) to the installers, Josh and Robbie, "perfectionists" (a plus) to the electrician, Young, and finally to even the handyman, Ryan, who came to do a final touch up to a wall that had been taken apart near the electrical box. Wow! Impressive workmanship. Two years later, I am again impressed by their response to my queries about ongoing maintenance for a unit that I have enjoyed. Kudos to a well running, ongoing business!
Resicon installed a ductless heat pump and A/C system in early June when the weather was cool. The heat works beautifully, quietly and efficiently heats my space quickly, especially compared with my old, inefficient and loud wall heater. We have since had some very hot days and the system again worked quickly and efficiently to keep my home cool. The installers were thorough, efficient, and friendly. I am thrilled with my new system.
These people are THE BEST I have worked with re: construction related work. They did not overcharge, they were responsive and absolute professionals. Travis my electrician was the best, he knew his "stuff" and was a pleasure to talk with. Rachel answered the phone at 7:30 am with a smile in her voice and was so pleasant. Teri was equally professional, got me a same day apt due to the fire hazard I had brewing and she took such good care of me. IF You NEED affordable, honest and reliable electrical work done- CALL RESICON first. You will not be disappointed.

We had a great experience start to finish with Resicon! Jason and Teri were responsive, professional and very helpful in getting us set up for our install. They were able to get us in quickly after our bid. Our onsite team, Tyler and Kevin, and Young and Joana were fantastic. All very professional and explained all the equipment and electrical in detail. They cleaned up any mess that was made and were quick and efficient. I have already recommended them two a few of our friends!
Quick, flexible, tidy, personable... the crew of Bryan and Dave for HVAC and Anthony and Will for electrical did a very nice job installing our new heat pump and removing our old gas heater. Very impressed.
