Yesterday. I had to turn off gas line for a remodel. I was unable to get the pilot light lit. I called Community Heating and Trevor arrived and addressed the issue. They guys are great!

I have used this company for over 10 years, purchased thermostat and heat pump. They have always been responsive to any issue that I have had and always to annual service on my units. Highly recommend them.
I requested an inspection to see why airflow was restricted.Technician arrived on type verified no blockages and everything connected properly. Diagnosis poor design causing issue. Only way to fix is redesign, but didn't push this solution. Thank you.

The technician was on time, professional, and took care of our maintenance. He also noticed a sagging drain pipe and strapped it up so that it would not cause an issue in the future.
