We decided to hire Summit for our heat pump. Athena did a great job in explaining our options. She was clear and really listened to what we needed. We are scheduled for installation next week .

Athena is a very professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly and personable. She gave us the most thorough estimate of the several companies we received bids from. She educated us, and explained the pros and cons of each heat pump/air handler system, without trying to sell us anything. She always made herself available to help us. She quickly intervened by personally getting a Senior Service Technician to assist the installation crew resolve an issue for a very newer model of air handler. She was also available on the weekend to resolve a scheduling issue due to a last minute change in my schedule. We highly recommend Summit Heating and Air Conditioning because of professionals like Athena - Great Job!

Athena worked through all the really difficult issues in our funky old house to give us a bid that would address all the quirks of putting a modern heating and cooling system into an old house. Update - We have been loving our heat pump that we had installed in September. This week we had an error appear and heat stopped. The experience of calling for service was smooth and I got text updates on the appointment. The tech, Red, arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. It required an electrician and one was here quickly. Red helped us understand how to best work with the system based on our usage so far. We made a few tweaks to the settings and I learned more about working with it. Really felt like all the techs were helpful and caring.
Professional, friendly and knowledgeable in meny areas. A pleasure to talk with in her area of expertise and others. Athena was like having an neighbor help with my heating problem.
Red was awesome! Super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He let me know about best practices when it comes to maintenance with our new ductless mini split and daily use. Would definitely recommend Summit and Red’s services!

We requested a consultation with Summit on the installation of a heat pump at our residence. Athena came to meet with us. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the systems we might install. She discussed with us our wants and needs, and presented two options that would be useful for us. Good analysis of our physical situation. I would recommend her and Summit for consultation on this kind of matter. We have not decided what to do.
Athena and her team were very detailed from the start. Our older heat pump / ac unit went out and Athena came by to give us a quote. I appreciated that she took the time to recalculate the size of our unit for our home instead of just cutting time and putting in the same size unit. She also gave me many options based on what we wanted and was honest about the life of our gas furnace and wasn't pushy about upselling us. On the day of the install only 2 weeks later, the team that showed up was knowledgeable, hard working, and took the time to work with me on the locations of piping, electrical and the relocation of the heat pump. Athena even came out and made sure I didn't have any questions and checked on the process. Within 8 hours the install was complete and it looks and works great! I highly recommend this team for their professionalism, knowledge, customer service and efficiency.
I think the sales staff is excellent, well Informed and patient. However, after having a maintenance issue I was not impressed with the service department.although the problem was resolved it took longer than it should have and it was misdiagnosed by the first technician. During the three week process I was not kept informed and had to contact them multiple times.
Athena was very thorough and professional in her discovery process to give us several estimates for hvac options.

I absolutely loved our experience with Athena. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but she spoke to me like an equal instead of being patronizing (which I think happens frequently in this business). I would highly recommend her and the team for furnace and a/c questions. I learned so much and think she provided excellent options.

We had Athena come out for an estimate on a new furnace. She was awesome. Prompt, very knowledgeable and answered all of my million questions. She knows her stuff! Very personable and very easy to talk to. Our meeting was not rushed or pushy. It was a very pleasant experience thus far and we did move forward with a new furnace and electrical panel!
