Robert was very friendly and knowledgeable about our furnace. This is our first house with a furnace, so as he serviced it, he took time to answer all of our questions and explain the furnace's basic components.
Charles and Chad were excellent. They were on time, professional, and courteous. They kept me informed of what they were doing, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. My house is cool again and I couldn’t be happier.
The two man crew that replaced my electrical panel were amazing They answered any questions I had and they explained everything that they would be doing. They finished ahead of time and other than the beautiful product they installed, you never had known they were there. Nothing was left behind. From start to clean up I was very impressed. Technician Kevin Loihle came to out residence on short notice to see to our Air conditioner that quit working. He was professional and explained step by step what the work order would entail. He was well spoken and friendly.
Our AC unit started malfunctioning yesterday. Booked an appointment with Mercurio’s after reading reviews for the next day but thankfully they were able to send someone today. Thom was kind and professional going through our system and identifying the issue and resolving it. I can’t say thank you enough for being able to get our AC working again in less than a day!
Chad and Kirk were fantastic troubleshooting significant issues associated with our HVAC set up. It was installed by another outfit who have repeatedly let us down; we have utter faith in Mercurios and their amazing team of specialists.
We had not had our heating and a/c units checked out for a few years. Was worried that an issue would be found, or would be upsold on new units. David with Mercurio’s showed up and was very professional and found no issues. He showed pictures of his work and assured us that everything was in working order. Will definitely continue to be a customer whenever we need our heater or a/c units serviced!
We had an estimate done with Steve over a year ago for a ductless A/C unit. He was very informative and when I received different information from another business Steve explained the estimate, where they get the numbers from, and made me feel very confident in choosing mercurios! A year later we moved forward and had our unit as well as an ev car charger installed. The technicians who came out were friendly professional and efficient! We couldn’t be happier with the service we have received from Mercurios from start to finish, highly recommend!
This is the third great experience we've had with Mercurio's-- first, replacing our water heater; second, installing a new gas furnace; third, installing a heat pump. Every time I've been amazed and delighted by the professionalism (and sheer likability) of everyone involved, from (most recently) Athena the estimator to Dan the installer and his crew. Nearly a week later, I'm still gobsmacked they were able to install the entire heat pump system in less than a day! Will be forever grateful to the old neighbor who first recommended Mercurio's to us.
Nathan and his partner did a wonderful job while servicing my furnace today. They were both very polite, professional and thorough. I look forward to continued service and support through Mercurio's.

In short, Mercurio's offering: - American Standard or Bosch System options. - 10 year guarantee built into the price - Insight and knowledge tailored to our needs, (even helping us understand what our needs were) - Smooth and thorough install. - Air Scrubber Special for June The full story: After doing our diligence of getting several bids on a heat pump to tie into our existing gas furnace system, Mercurio's stood out to us for the thoroughness of insight and expertise to our system done not just correctly, but tailored to our needs and desires. They also had more tier of equipment options that allowed us to really sort out a best fit. Beyond that, they stand behind the gear and service it if anything goes wrong for the next 10 years, which meant we felt very comfortable that they would care about the install and equipment otherwise they'd be in for a lot of labor. The install: Once we selected our package and ran about a half dozen emails by our salesperson, Steve, we had the team out (much sooner than expected) and they were off and running. One hiccup we encountered was that the coil size added to our furnace meant there wouldn't be enough room vertically, but Kyle W and his team pushed and pushed until they found a good solution that allowed us to the stick with the gear we'd chosen. Simply our filters needed to be relocated to our intake vent and it's just a matter of where we go to replace the filters. Easy. Then the next day Donald and Jeremy came by to finish things up and run our system through some tests. After they were finished, they went through a thorough checklist with me and we were up and running with a quiet, powerful system that not only made our house feel tolerable in the hotter weather, it has brought the feel of the home up in value remarkably. Charles and Domingo came on time and quickly figured out the issue. They then explained what options I had and got to work. Everything went incredibly smooth and exact to what they explained. Also, reached out on a Saturday and received a call first thing Monday and set us up the same Monday. That's incredible. Will be using your services again in the future.
I was able to get an appointment to review my existing system for two days out. Very quick. They called to say their person was on his way and texted me as well. Don't remember his name but the young man who just came out was polite, knowledgeable, fast, etc. (ah, McCoy just left me a thank you text). I suspect their price is in line with other companies. Well done.
From the initial visit to the last minute of install on my new furnace and heat pump, I felt informed, involved and inspired. I tend to ask too many questions yet i never felt ignored or not taken seriously. Fast to respond, quick on the job and unafraid to stay beyond schedule to reach their goal. Before leaving they made sure i understood my devices and helped me practice with the settings and made sure everything was working as promised. Will absolutely refer and hire again when needed.
Arnold (lead installer) was absolutely 110% professional. He worked with me before, during, and after the install. He and Matt went above the call of duty, making sure all was correct, even my existing downstairs mini-split was secured to code. The install they did for the upstairs was immaculate. Clean up was excellent. Communication was professional. Rich the electrician was also did a great job. I would highly recommend this company and this team of installers.
We purchased our unit from Mercurio's last year and have been really happy with it. Today, Danny came out and completed our free servicing. She was very professional and was able to answer all of my questions I had about the unit. She offered me a service agreement for the unit that was very inexpensive. I was surprised that it even covered my furnace, which I didn't buy from them. Excellent service, I highly recommend them.
Everyone that has come to our home to do work has been very knowledgeable on the work they are doing. I like that when I call Mercurio's, I talk to a person and not an automated service. They have also been very honest with me about what the best route is for the current issue. On top of all of that, I never have to wait weeks for an appointment. They are usually out the next day or two, and sometimes same day. They recently came out and installed a new hot water tank, which is a service I didn't know they do until recently.
