Maria was prompt. She quickly performed the diagnostics for the HVAC not working and found the control board was bad. She was also agile and easily got into the attic where the furnace is located.
If I could give more then 5 starts I would! Working with Kliemann Brothers is like working with family. I can't express how blown away we were with this company. From the moment when Stephanie came out to evaluate and give us a bid we knew right away that we were going with Kliemann Brothers. She treated us like family and took her time to get to know us and was professional all at once. Then when Jace and his crew came out to install once again we were blown away at how efficient and friendly they were. They even did extra touches to make everything look clean and new. After everything was installed Jace came back about 2 weeks later to do a follow up and took his time to help explain and make things easier to understand. Almost 2 months later Stephanie called and wanted to come by and see how we were doing and if we were enjoying our new unit. This whole process was stress free and when you work with Kliemann Brother you are not a client you are a family member and they make sure you know that.

Tom and Freddy from Kliemann Brothers did an awesome job fitting my house with a new furnace and AC unit. They were on time, professional and focused on the task at hand. I would recommend them to anyone and being an old shop teacher I don't say that easily about companies and people. Use them, you won't be disappointed.
2023- Kliemann Bros replaced my 25 y/o gas furnace with an electric heat pump. The initial sales call was thorough and presented me with all my options, including a very savvy discussion of which units would require additional costs of upgrading my electrical panel- this helped guide me to a less expensive higher value solution! When the crew arrived (on time) they re-introduced themselves- Jace, the team lead had worked on my tankless hot water heater install a couple years ago. He was once again extremely professional. He kept me apprised of the install throughout the day- and kept the team focused on rolling - a planned two day install was coordinated perfectly and this was finished by early afternoon the first day! Unit works perfectly, couldn’t be happier. 2022- Kliemann Bros came out to do a follow up service maintenance visit on the tankless water heater they installed a year ago- frankly i had forgotten that installation included the first maintenance visit, but K.Bros called to remind and schedule. Their technician Adrian W. was phenomenal! Communicated to let us know if his arrival time, explained every step and performed the work expertly and efficiently. Made sure to answer any questions that I had and offered to put in a message for someone to contact me when I started asking questions outside of his area of expertise. Great service and follow up.

Kliemann Brothers team (Josh, James, and Austin) installed a ductless heat pump for our home. The install went super smoothly. They were diligent, tidy and attentive. They answered every question, were very knowledgeable and friendly, and went above and beyond to assure quality service. 10/10 would recommend and will be using their services again. Thanks!

Kliemann Brothers notifies the customer when maintenance is due and then helps you schedule your appointment. They also send you an appointment reminder. On the date of the appointment you get a picture of the technician that will provide the service. They are excellent at communicating with their customers and they give excellent customer service above and beyond expectations! They provide the highest quality of customer service, care, and satisfaction!
Fantastic job sizing my system and just as good with installation. They spent lots of time working out the best placement and ensured everything looks clean. They work hard and are detail oriented. Highly recommended.

They came with a plan to install my mini split in a bit of a tricky spot with the property lines. Looks good and works well, everyone was personable and professional and did good work.
