Benchmark Same-Day Heating & Cooling was responsive, thorough and very competitive in replacing one of my units. Tech gave me 3 options with which to choose when replacing my upstairs unit. He was available via text any time I needed him and arrived at his scheduled time when he needed to visit. I highly recommend Benchmark Same-Day Heating & Cooling.

I would like to highly recommend this company. I had an air conditioner that was not working properly and they came out, fixed it and it is working like new. They are very professional and polite. They are very fast and efficient which is really important when it comes to having a job done right!

Great service. I was able to get in for a service call the same day I called, and the guys were friendly and professional. They answered all my questions, and even gave a few tips on how to make my house more energy-efficient so that it would be just as comfortable when it got warmer outside.
I spoke with a representative at 10am who told me a service tech would be out between 1-5pm the same day. At 5pm, after no tech arrived, I spoke with a representative who then told me no one was coming today (no notice given), and that the earliest one could arrive would be five days away. Their name clearly doesn't match their service.
Fred was very knowledgeable and thorough. He went through our entire unit and checked every vent to make sure his work was done properly. He saved us thousands of dollars. We absolutely recommend this company and especially Fred.
I called Benchmark Same-Day Heating & Cooling because of the high marks on their review and I was not disappointed. We had a large family weekend planned and our air wasn't working when we arrived. I called them and they came the next morning and fixed it for a reasonable price. They came back for another issue and fixed that also. I couldn't be happier with their service.

Just had our A/C unit serviced for general preventative maintenance. I appreciate that Kim showed up and ran through the check list thoroughly and left the unit looking clean and running smoothly. Excellent job. He was very professional, efficient and polite....and he did all this at a very reasonable price!
