Great service quality product
I had to call them 3 times to schedule an estimator for a new AC. Because I didn't see any confirmation prior to the appointment date, I texted the estimator in morning of the appointment day to make sure he will come. I was speechless and cancelled the appointment immediately after he asked what was the appointment time.
I professionally cleaned their carpet but they never paid.
All Ways has been working with me on some very tempermental HVAV equipment. They spent alot of time at my house until a solution was found. They are very professional and reasonably priced. Would recommend them to anyone who needs repair or maintenance on their HVAC systems.
This is a shout out to Rod, the excellent and friendly technician who came out to look at my furnace this afternoon. Rod listened to the click-then-nothing sound it was making instead of turning on. He nodded, and said he could guess what my problem was. But maybe, he said, he could just fix it. Good to his word, he found the culprit: a poor bird had somehow gotten in through the pipe and gotten fouled in the inducer motor. For the relatively small price of a visit and a bit of labor—as opposed to the cost of a brand new inducer motor on top of everything else—our furnace is working once more.
They were very professional, on time and did a great job. They were courteous clean and respectful. The equipment they installed works great as well. I highly recommend All-Ways Air Control for any heating or air conditioning needs !

Our Trane A/C outdoor fan stopped working. Forecast is literally 106 degrees for Tacoma this coming Sunday. Figured it would cost at least $241.00 for a new fan motor. (Amazon.com price). Then add in a $150.00 service call with labor and I was expecting to pay minimum $600.00. The service man from All Ways (Mark) checked the capacitor first and showed me the capacitor wasn't working which caused the fan to stop working. A less expensive remedy. Also, he noticed a separate issue (2 pole contacter on our heat pump system) had significant blackening on the brass contacts. His advice was to change it out before next winter. Later I asked if he might have the parts on hand. He checked his truck and came back with the exact match. Out with the old in with the new. Final cost $360. So glad we didn't choose Pacific Heating and Cooling.

The technician, Rod, was able to come out within a week of calling for service. He was on time, very professional and friendly. He showed me how to clean the metal filters in my unit and even cleaned them for me. Not only that, he turned off my house and rolled it back up in the hose holder for me, not many people do that extra touch and I greatly appreciate it. He did a great job of general maintenance. I recommend this company and technician.
A shady company operated by criminals. You would be better off burning your money to stay warm.
Nice clean appearance
The salesman suck they want uneducated customers they can take advantage of. Marked up prices lies about products they carry as well as providing true information about products they don't carry. Please do your homework and help your selves by not doing business with these guys.
After several years working with this firm to maintain our heat pump and furnace, discovery of shoddy workmanship has me looking for better quality. A leak in a coolant line shows four bad solder joins in under five inched of line. This mess was hidden by an insulation sleeve. No trust after this.
Extremely pleased with our new furnace, heat pump and hot water tank install. All-Ways Air Control arrived on time. Job completed as promised on budget. No hidden costs. Installer took time to leave our house cleaner than they found it.
