Sturm installed a Mitsubishi split system in four zones of our house. From the project initial point of contact Ronnie to the technicians Joe D and Channing, the entire event was done professionally. The knowledge of the install and the overall finish was top level. Extremely happy with the amazing heating and cooling system and the overall experience with Sturm.

The tech was polite and knowledgeable. He repaired our air conditioner very quickly and cycled it several times for correct operation. Will definitely recommend them to everyone
Sturm has completed the replacement of my central AC. Andy has been very accommodating in helping with my home warranty companies ridiculous demands. Everything seems to be working well. Hopefully I get partial reimbursement in the near future! Fingers crossed!
We have used Sturm's technicians before for servicing our aging furnace and air conditioner. When we knew it was time to do major HVAC work, they are one of the first places we called. We had asbestos wrapped ducts removed from our basement by a specialist, and worked with Sturm to get new ductwork and heating/cooling systems. They worked with us to make improvements and relocated an air return that was in an awkward place. Our old house won't have great temperature control until we put in insulation, but we feel there's good improvement with the work they did. Sturm also removed an old oil tank from the basement that was in rough shape and was not properly decommissioned or emptied. You get what you pay for, and with Sturm it is professional, high quality work. They made sure everything was done right and completed everything on our checklist. We'll see what happens in the winter, but we're confident we made a good investment in our home by going with Sturm.
Sturm has been doing the installs for the property I work at and I cannot say enough good things about this company. Quality of install, quick response regarding repairs or parts needed, and the professionalism from Brandon in particular has gone a long way. 10/5 stars, I would recommend to everyone.
Sturm heating installed a complete heating and cooling system, including ductwork, in my log home. Strums salesperson, Andy Bernier, came out and gave me a bid and explained everything they would do with a no pressure and knowledgeable narrative. The bid came back with an excellent price. Scott, Tye and Shannon did the install and were very considerate of my home taking care to always clean up their mess and inform me of what they were doing and why. They answered all my questions and explained the system to me and how to use and maintain it. Shaun and victor did the electrical work and were clean neat and friendly. Overall a great experience and a very well done system. I would highly recommend Sturm heating.

We have had excellent service each Time they have come out to service our 3 units. Have been on time professional and personable. Would like to see a maintenance agreement for the ductless heating and air conditioning units. If they come up with one please contact us so we can sign up for it. I
WE had a new air conditioner installed today by Joe D. and Channing. They simply are the best! They were quick, friendly and at an excellent price. It had been so stuffy in my house, but now we are enjoying a wonderful cool house with a very state of the art unit. So nice to not have to worry about being hot anymore, especially since temperatures are on the rise and it was getting more and more uncomfortable everyday. Also, Kip, was great as well! WE'll definitely be using Sturm again for our heating and a/c needs!
Added AC to existing furnace and ductwork, and modified some overbuilt ducts. Less expensive than others and almost perfect. Scheduled quickly, arrived on time, did good work. Highly recommend, with the caveat that the fellow who quoted us and scheduled the work was sometimes unresponsive, and didn’t tell the workers we had rescheduled so they had to come back another day. Overall, good value.
Sturm did a good job adding a condensate pump to an existing split unit that was incorrectly installed by a prior contractor. They weren't cheap, $1,000 for 3 hours of work including the pump. My only complaint is that when I originally set an appointment they assured me the technician would have a pump to install. The tech didn't have a pump, wasn't familiar with the unit (even after I had given them that information), and charged me a $140 service charge for taking pictures to bring back to the office. I think that money should have been applied to the work done. He was here 15 minutes.
