I eat there at least once a week. I would eat there every night, but I would gain too much weight. Super friendly. Delicious food. I am New Mexico raised, so I feel qualified to give La Presa my highest rating.
Extremely satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism of Josh and his crew. They were communicative, friendly, and very efficient. Spokane Comfort Systems would be wise to keep them all happy as they are assets to the company! Great experience with Eric as well and the office staff who helped with the estimate and logistics. Solid operation!
Won’t answer phones, left a message and never received a call back. They must not need customers…
Dustin was awesome and very professional. Answered all my questions and was straight forward about what was needed.
Sadly our furnace caught on fire and we could no longer heat our house ! I called Spokane comfort and in 20 minutes they had Dustin at my house ! He was in company logo and put on booties to protect our floors ! He was able to quote the work and beat all other quote and that next morning from 8-10 they were here installing my new furnace ! Don’t hesitate to give them a call they are amazing , respectful , and professional.
By their actions I discovered they are honest people and I will refer other to them!
Had an old forced air and AC replaced. Salesman, office and installers were great! On time and went right to work - unit was stuffed in a tight closet but everything went very smooth! Would definately recommended and will use them to do all my services! Thanks
Two days after I received my bid they began work on a new furnace and ac. Showed up on time and finished quickly. The area was cleaner when they left. Equipment worked as expected. Came back the next day and cleaned air ductwork. Extremely happy with timely manner, quality of work, pride in work and excellent communication.
My fiancee and I were very pleased with the service provided. Even short-handed they made it a priority to get our furnace install complete just before Christmas, so that we wouldn't be without heat for the holiday. The installers were helpful, efficient and informative. Would use Spokane Comfort again in a heartbeat!
We called for emergency service on a Friday then the heater started to work correctly (intermittent shutoff early in the day). I called back and we rescheduled for a checkup on Monday. Thru the weekend we had the same problem. The heater would work first thing in the morning and then shut off for a while (temp would dip down to a couple degrees below comfortable then kick back in - though it was the thermostat). On Monday John came out (right on time I'd like to add) and went right to work and found the problem. Unfornatuatly the system needed to be replaced. By what I remember - the system that pumped the moisture out of the air was getting plugged because the water got stuck in a tube. The system was installed in 1997 so I kinda understand the need. John was able to schedule us for the next day (worked out great because my wife needed to go into work and that ment we could let the house go cold). The people who came and replaced our heating system were excellent Josh, Bob and the apprentice (I appoligize for not remembering the name of the apprentice.) We on time, polite, answered all my questions and overall made me feel comfortable with the process. They arrived shorlty after 8 am and were done with their part by 12:30 pm - stilled needed the electrician to do his part. They cleaned up and you would not have known they were here. Bob stayed until the electricial arrived and completed his part of the work. By 2 pm we were up and running. I recommend Spokane Comfort Systems to anyone who needs help with there HVAC. Excellent service, Josh and his team came in and were professional, knowledgeable and had great attitudes! Could tell the loved there job by the way they communicated with each other. Pleasure to have them do this install for us! Great job!!
This past week I had Comfort Systems come do a diagnostic on my gas furnace that was not firing. While Comfort Systems did not end up completing the repair, I do want to comment on the interaction I did have with them. Not everything went smoothly. I voiced my concerns to Comfort Systems. I received a personal call from the owner who acknowledged my concerns and also explained why their tech took the actions they did. After the conversation was over, I was left knowing a portion of my concern was misperception on my part. How the owner respectfully, calmly handled this situation is a textbook example for handling this type of customer feedback. This is a business you can trust to take care of you, particularly when things don't go perfectly. I would have no issue contacting them in the future.
We had an ac installed in our first house by comfort years ago, and a new furnace was installed today in our current residence. Both times have been incredibly pain free. They identified our furnace as unsafe yesterday & completed the replacement within 24hours. Josh and the other associate were incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. Would recommend and might even get an Ac through them soon.

Dustin was of great help giving all options so we could make a decision we were comfortable with. We decided to replace our furnace and they were able to install the next day. This was important as we had no heat and it is in the teens at night. Hoping all will go smooth tomorrow when the instillation begins.

Spokane Comfort Systems has been wonderful to work with the past 5+ years. Everyone is helpful and when we have had to request repairs John the technician is very friendly, thorough and usually out the same day! GREAT Company.
We got another quote done through Holiday Heating, they wanted $3k more the same work that Spokane comfort systems did. Had a new furnace installed, I thought it would take all day but the job was done quickly, especially considering the work they did. Our lead technician was Josh who found a big hole in one of our vents, it wasn’t part of the job but he patched it up. He also gave us a lot of good advice on how to maintain our furnace - as first time home owners we really appreciated the information.
We had a new gas furnace installed to replace our 27 year old one. Because the price was so good, we also decided to have them add AC to our forced air furnace. Both jobs were able to be completed in about 4 hours. Very professional and courteous installers that showed up on time and made sure to explain everything they were doing. I had a few other bids that seemed to be high and Spokane Comfort beat them by about 10-15%. Great experience, we will definitely be recommending them to others!
Dustin was awesome! On time, answered all my questions and he was here and gone in 30 minutes and my heater is working! He gave me some education on costs for a future investment in a new system that’s a sticker shock but price of homeownership and upgrades can be costly nice to know he has the knowledge about it. Great company I would recommend it to anyone looking for the first time with this type of service
