Worst experience I have ever had first they had a carbon monoxide leak where our co meter was going off and their response was to take the battery's out cause it was annoying them putting my 3 children at risk. Then the technician lied to the fire department about welding inside luckily I was there to call him on his b.s. when we reported it to the b.b.b the owner responded by saying he sold his company (Ron Morris and son) to his son Alex who was the worst customer service skills I am ever had the displeasure of working with. After all that we have a electrician to change our bathroom fans for him to tell us whoever did the hvac didn't even change the venting and its cracked open!
Overpriced to diagnose problem with my heating system. Unwilling to fix because they didn't want to take the time to learn about my warranty. Never again. $350 to diagnose but not fix a problem is too much. One star is too much! In response to your response., you are liars. Yes I was angry that you were overcharging and telling me you could NOT fix the problem for 8 days. Then I would be calling a plumber for burst pipes. LIars!!!
This is my experience trying to get hired as an apprentice at this place. I applied for the apprentice position on indeed. A few days ago and then was called today, by a very rude women asking me questions about the job seemingly impatient and acting as though I’m the one who doesn’t want the job. To be completely honest with how her attitude was it seemed more like she was the one who didn’t want a job. Ron Morris & Son HVAC, please take a look at the lady that calls people for hiring, how can you expect people to want to work for you when you have impatient workers at your company not willing to give the time of day to people trying to apply at your workplace. It just gives people a sour taste in their mouths. At least it sure as hell did for me.
This company went above and beyond to get our A/C working again in the 100 plus weather I highly recommend them
They installed a gas fireplace and had to put in the pipe. Brenden did a wonderful job. He was fast and efficient as well as professional and skilled. Ron came by and the two worked very well together. There was lots of communication and I feel like they stand by their work. Excellent company!
If your cold Ron will certainly warm you up he's the man fireplaces as well
We highly recommend this company. Very professional and great customer service. Mike told us that our furnace needed to be replaced, then walked us through the process. Not a hard sell, just very helpful. Ron came out and made sure we ordered the right products for our home. They installed our gas fireplace last year and we appreciated their professionalism then.

I just wanted to take a minute to say “Thank You” to Sondra, Ron and their technician, Michael, for always being there for us. We have used Morris and Son exclusively for our HVAC maintenance and repair on several occasions over the past 8 years and have always found them to be genuinely concerned, responsive and professional in all respects. So lucky to have people you can truly trust and count on.
The lady that answered my call was very rude and kept cutting me off as I asked a question if she knew how many days does she thinks they are behind since she said " she does not know when because they are several days busy". Very poor customer service.
As the world adjusts with all the COVID-19 related changes, Ron Morris & Son business has had to adapt and adjust when providing their services. With that being said, they were able to still work my family into their schedule promptly. Two years ago, we replaced our central AC unit through them, and we now needed a new furnace(as it was nearly 40years old!) Now that COVID has me working from home, and kids home full time, they were in and out of here by lunch leaving me with a very clean and smooth running Furnace. A cool home, just in time before the heat arrived. They are committed to keeping their prices fair and customer service as high as possible during this pandemic. They also have taken personal measure towards protecting our health and safety has made a difference. Thank you.
These guys are wonderful! Integrity is an A+++. We are new home owners and our furnace was condemned due to a crack and a gas leak by our gas company. Ron was quick to respond and was very focused on doing what is right for our family. They worked very hard at changing a very upsetting, somewhat scary, unfortunate situation into a pleasant experience. These guys have earned our business for many years to come. THANK YOU GUYS!
We needed service on our fireplace. They came when they said they would and after checking the fireplace and taking care of the problem they also checked our furnace. They were prompt, courteous and knew what they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves and respected our home. I would call them again and would highly recommend them. On January 2, our hot water heater blew up. Call and they were closed until Jan. 6 but gave an emergency number to call. I call and they had a repairman, Mike, out that afternoon with a new heater. By dinner time we had a new hot water heater installed and had hot water again. We really appreciated their fast and friendly service. You folks are the best.
Absolutely enjoyed working with Sondra and Ron! Their technicians were efficient, the product works like a dream, and communication was A+! Highly recommend.

We have had Ron Morris put in two heating and refrigeration and heating units. And now the fireplace. The company itself is honest and very reliable. And the men who installed everything are outstanding!
