Our AC stopped functioning, and its pretty darn warm this week. The prior owners of our house left some R&R paperwork with the HVAC systems so we decided to give them a ring. They were able to come out the same day, and lucky for us our tech was able to fix the problem in the same visit, (it was the compressor that shorted out.) He called 20 minutes prior to arrival, and was within the time window they gave us. He also wore shoe covers in the house to protect our floors, which we appreciate. No complaints here and I'm sure we will use them for future needs.

R&R Called me left a VM because they don't work in attics due to the heat. It's 68 degrees on Wednesday. You called me and canceled my appointment for that lol.
I was told the system I was purchasing would qualify for 2 rebates from Avista and it didn’t. When I emailed the company to ask them about the discrepancy they simply told me I was never told that. Then, as you can see, the owner replied to my review claiming they had conducted a “thorough investigation.” That reply was posted less then 24 hours after my review went up and I was never contacted during it. As someone who conducts investigations for a living their “thorough investigation” claim is laughable. They could have just apologized for the miscommunication and been done with it, but instead they chose to insinuate I was lying. I know what I was told and even text my spouse about the two rebates when discussing what system to purchase. They installed the system in a timely manner but need to improve their customer service approach. I tried to resolve this over email before posting a review, but again I was told I was wrong. A simple apology would have prevented this negative review.
If you think a male technician deserves $5.00 more an hour than a female technician at the same experience level, or if you flat out believe a woman has no business being a technician, then R & R understands and appreciates you.
Never got back to me to do the jod. After a year i just gave up.
Super happy with how all of the systems ínstales by R&R have functioned after 6 months in our new home (furnace, ac, water heater, air filtration). They reached out when the warmer temps were starting to make sure we knew how to get the AC running properly and have provided video tutorials for all necessary functions. And Lexi took the time to come out and teach us about all systems installed by R&R, how to change and/or clean filters, and the maintenance schedule for all equipment. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

Very smooth AC and furnace install. They thought it would take 2 days but it only took one! They were thorough and professional.
Great overall experience to have our HVAC looked at. I asked to have a check up on our ac and furnace since we haven't had anything done in the three years since moving in. Tech was polite, informative, and thorough. As a new-ish home owner I wasn't aware of the maintenance I needed to do and the tech was very polite in letting me know the do's and don't's. I had no repairs done and everything checked out just fine for our system. This gave me confidence that I was treated honestly by the tech and there wasn't "mysterious issues" that needed repaired. The tech that came out was absolutely fantastic to deal with and will request his assistance in the future if possible.
Used them twice now. Professional and knowledgeable. Easy scheduling. On time. Not trying to sell you things you don’t need. They’re just there to help. I appreciate that.
They were friendly when they came out to check the central air. They even called me to get my appointment earlier cause there was a cancellation. They are knowledgeable and did a great job.
Matt was fantastic. I ask a lot of questions and he was very knowledgeable and could work, while answering my questions. Very happy with this company! David did the scheduling and they showed up, when they said they would!! My new, GO to Company for heating and AC!! Thank you R&R!!!

Great job. Scheduled us quickly, showed up on time and was efficient with the task at hand.
I've used R&R a couple times in the past year. This last summer, they sent a tech out to work on my heat pump. Despite their vendor sending the wrong part (frustrating for both the tech and me), R&R's guy kept in good communication with me. More recently, had them out at another property of mine and they quickly diagnosed an issue and put in a temporary repair so the tenants could have heat. Very satisfied as both jobs were professionally done and at a reasonable cost, unlike some of their competitors in town.

Their technician Robert was excellent. He was able to remedy an issue we’ve been having that several other companies were unable to figure out and explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend R&R Heating. They are professional and fairly priced. They will be our go to company for any of our future heating and cooling needs.
