Top quality staff and service
I worked here at pro mechanical before, if you’re going to be a material handler, service, or sheet metal worker here I’m here to assure you that if something happens between a coworker from a personal issue standpoint, they will fire you and say that you’re late all the time even when you weren’t late a day.
CJ was excellent. Arrived to the job on time, explained repairs and even offered to assist me with another issue we were having in the same building. Really great to work with. We will continue to collaborate with Pro Mechanical for our commercial HVAC needs.

110 degrees outside and our AC quits working with guests coming from out of town. Called after hours and got ahold of them. They were at my house within 90 minutes. CJ assessed the problem and had cold air blowing in 20 minutes.
Great bunch of service techs that know their equipment
Absolute lack of professionalism. Employee hits my partner in a intersection when it was clear she was crossing first based on where her car was hit. He apologized and gave insurance info than told his insurance it wasn't his fault. So now I'm out of pocket on the repairs. Funny thing is my shop is right down the road from them and I have used their services in the past, but will absolutely not anymore. Absolutely disgusting and they should be ashamed. If this is how they act on the road while in a company van, how can anyone trust they will be honest when it comes to installs or repair work.
