Just had this company come out and service our heat pump in the Nine Mile Falls area. We are preparing our house to sell and under a tight timeline to do so. These guys were able to get us scheduled in on short notice and were through in their inspection and service. They were easy to communicate with and efficient.
These guys are great! Mike installed my gas fireplace and new AC unit. He is both friendly and professional and I highly recommend this company. I will definitely have them back.
HVAC1 was absolutely amazing! We have had problems with our Mitsubishi Mini Splits ever since they were installed and multiple hvac companies came out and gave us crazy high bids saying we needed to redo the entire system basically (including ripping through most of our walls and ceilings). However HVAC1 came out and actually diagnosed the problem and found it was a faulty connection in the refrigerant lines. They came and replaced the connections (the correct way) and were extremely affordable! We now have had working heating and AC for the last 2 months and no problems!!! Thanks so much!
Hvac 1 is a great company to hire they do their job as they suppose to do we never had a problem with them. They installed everything for our house and everything works great🙃
My landlord hired these clowns to install a chimney liner four years ago. Needless to say my house burned to the ground a couple of months later due to this company installing the chimney liner incorrectly and not to manufacturers specifications. I lost everything. And the owner Paul came to my property a week later saying that I arsoned my house and I was going to prison. Smh. Do not use this company!!!!
Vitaly was friendly and professional, and he finished the job quickly. We're very happy to have heat again :) I would recommend this company to anyone with HVAC repair needs.
Very happy with the level of service provided by HVAC1. I previously had a different company from the area come out and inspect my furnace. They told me the motor needed to be replaced and that I would need to pay $1500 to do so. The tech from HVAC1 took apart the motor and found out it didn't actually need to be replaced, and instead only needed to be cleaned out! Thanks to him, I saved a ton of money! I absolutely recommend HVAC1 if you need someone to work on your furnace, or to provide a second opinion to ensure you're not getting ripped off.
The entire team, including the owner, have done a fantastic job. The thoroughness, professionalism, and honesty are refreshing in today’s world. Would definitely recommend HVAC1 for future work.

I can’t even begin to express how happy I am with HVAC1’s service. We had them tackle an install we thought was going to be impossible and they were able to deliver. The techs that came out were courteous and worked extremely hard while here. Paul came out for a follow up and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would not refer my friends and family elsewhere, these guys are amazing and truly care about their customers.
Can't say I have ever been so disappointed with a company. I had a scheduled appointment, received a cryptic text message the day before my scheduled appt saying the tech's van broke down so he may be late for his appointment the next day. I received a text message 30 minute after he was scheduled to arrive indicating he will not make it and suggested I call someone else because they are booked for the next 3 weeks. Why would I go out three weeks when I was scheduled and for no fault of mine, was cancelled? Needless to say, if this is how they operate, it raises questions on the potential for bigger problems.
Seminik HVAC was very quick and responsive to diagnosing our office system. In this Heat Wave we had had our system burnt up and completely stopped working. Paul had a crew come out the very next day with parts and within 4 hours we were running back on schedule with A/C. Thank you for the excellent work and will be using again if needed.
First of all we have been a client of Semenik HVAC for several years. They were knowledgeable of the health problems within our home from their past visits. We called them in because of a problem with one of our two heat pumps freezing up. They came out, serviced the unit, got it working fine. They warned us that the unit was going to give us further problems it was technically beyond repairs. Within a day, the problem returned. We called, they advised us that the unit was going to have to be replaced. It would take at least three weeks before they could obtain a unit and do so. Within 24 hours they called back and advised us that they were getting a unit to replace ours and would be here in the next couple of days. They were here in two days and installed the new unit. They even stayed till 10 P.M. to make sure we had AC. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. There work was neat and orderly. We have recommended them in the past but now, we would go out of our way to recommend them to anyone we know. They are a great company. Richard Lieneck Richard M. Lienec
Paul came in an emergency to fix my broken AC during this brutal heat wave. He was professional, personal, and punctual. I appreciated his thoroughness and explanation of what he was doing. He was happy to answer any questions I had during the service appointment. Needless to say, I am thankful to have a cooler house for my wife and kids to live in. Shout out to HVAC1's operator, Marissa. She did a great job on communications from scheduling and sending Paul when he was available and in the area. I definitely would contact them again for any HVAC service I need in the future.

Highly recommended!!! Very professional!! Hired Paul and his crew for the first time for a new construction home. Had them install all of the ductwork/furnace, a/c, fireplace, gas pipe and tankless water heater. Finished all the work on time. Easy to work with! Will be using them for all my HVAC needs!!!
HVAC1 SAVED MY ***S !!! My #1 go to company! Don't waste hours calling everyone from the local google list like I did! I had an emergency furnace issue...toast basically. Its winter I have a wife and 4 kids to keep warm and Its survival time!!! I called all the local big dogs and guess what...BOOKED OUT! "No luck buddy your family is going to have to freeze for the next 3 weeks because your money is just as green as the next guy's! I called HVAC1, and WHAT?...a human answered right away. I told him my situation, and guess what they are busy too...BUT...I was put through to management and this person listened and understood my situation! FINALLY! I was given a priority position and had a tech at my door hours later...NOT WEEKS...hours later. 2 hours later a few hundred buck WELL spent my family will weather the storm! Go Dad...lol...no...Go HVAC1!!! THANKS GUYS!

I cannot praise this company enough. Their tech Peter arrived early and did an incredible job. He was so kind, friendly, clean and knowledgeable. The whole process with Semenik HVAC1 was phenomenal.
