Came to give me an estimate on work, never got back to me. Call twice and both times the receptionist said she would leave message with him and didn't call. Not professional. Could have called and said he didn't want to do it, that would have been better
GREAT ...well EVERYTHING! My wife made the service appt. A couple of days before, the dispatch phoned to reschedule as one of their staff had a family emergency to attend to. she was very apologetic...(hey...stuff happens...) Tech showed EXACTLY on time. Courteous, clean cut... - yes that matters - In short...everything went well...actually better than expected...Thank you!
If you don't know how to spend $150 call them.
I got my car stuck in the Greenacres area. A crew of the workers stopped and helped dig out my car. I was very thankful. With people like that, you know it is a quality company. Thank you.

Eric was able to diagnose dripping water from an exhaust pipe. He promptly fixed it and did so at a great rate. He was very professional and a great representative for Air Design. I will definitely be calling Air Design for any future issues that come up. Very pleased with the customer service.

Our air conditioning went out (not ideal for these 100 degree days), and even through they were slammed, they squeezed us into the schedule and secured a new unit for us quickly. It's nice to have a cool house again. Thank you Air Design!
I work with a local area non-profit and we have an event coming up in a couple days and just found out the A/C failed out. Trying to get an A/C repaired in Spokane right now is terribly difficult, but they managed to get someone out right away. Bottom line, 1hr and 24 mins after we called, the A/C was fixed for under $200. Fast, professional service and they had parts for a 15 yr old rooftop unit in stock on the repair vehicle. I highly recommend them!
Made you adhere of things you may not know things about your equipment. Changing filters on a schedule,servicing furnace and conditioner together. Fast efitiant work

You guys really have to have your sign obnoxiously flashing at all times? I gets it’s to get attention, but it’s a serious safety hazard. Especially at night, not to mention, god forbid someone with epilepsy drives by your store front at night... if you guys keep it a solid color atleast during the night I will remove this one star review.

I had my furnace ducts cleaned the first part of October by a different company. Ever since, there has been an awful squealing noise. Our gas fireplace insert also needed repair/replacement because it would not ignite. Didn't know much about Air Design but took the chance. My technician Aaron found and fixed the furnace problem within 5 minutes, showed this new widow where and how to replace the filter and got my fireplace cleaned and running in short time. He was amazing. Very competitive price. Highly recommend.
one of the employees of Air Design was riding the Spokane Public Transit bus while refusing to cover his face instead just adjusting a cloth on his neck. to intentionaly refuse to ware a face covering during a global pandemic is the pinicale of unprofessionalism
Wow is all I can say. Their technicians like to hang out the window with their friends and talk garbage and try to start fights. Very unprofessional. I will never call and use their technicians.
When my AC went out in 100 degree heat other companies wouldn't even call me back, or when they did it'd be two weeks before they even could get me a bid! Brian from Air Design was able to get to our house right away, and we had the bid within hours from his visit. The price was comparable and affordable. There have of course been delays with COVID on the manufacturer side of these units, but Ashley and the rest of the office staff was able to secure the very last AC unit available in this area and reserve it for me. Joe and Matt were at our home barely a week from Brian's visit and were able to complete the install in two days. Really appreciate their expertise (Joe immediately let me know it would be two days, which helps to schedule time off etc) and their cleanliness! I highly recommend this company for your AC and heating needs!
