I recently had a new gas line run for my stove and I can’t say enough about Advanced! The front office was highly responsive and I always felt like a property. The crew was so easy to work with and knowledgeable. There were a couple instances of some confusion between the county inspector/Avista/Advanced that caused some inconvenience on Advanced’s part and they handled it like a dream! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!
[This is a copy of what I sent to my NextDoor group when I was in emergency no heat mode (25 degrees outside), and they responded with oodles of possible HVAC companies to contact.] "THANK YOU ALL for your great responses! I tried a number of the most popular ones yesterday and they were booked and couldn't fit me in until today. All except that is for, Advanced Technology Heating and Cooling. Although they were completely booked for the day, Holly told me they don't leave anyone without heat and would fit me in. And they did! It was the pilot light, but unfortunately it only stayed on for about 2 hours, then wouldn't relight. I called them first thing this morning to let them know, and a tech was out within 2 hours and got it fixed (plugged pilot orofice)!! 🥳🎉🎈 💃 So wanted to share my shout out to them and thank you all for your recommendations. (Internal temp now at 51, getting toasty!! 😜)"

Outstanding customer service, urgency, and willingness to help when our tenants were without heat and our regular team was unavailable.
Called them about an issue I have with my furnace. I let them know my furnace was blowing cold air after about 15 mins of blowing warm air. They said “sounds like a flame sensor”, they cleaned my flame sensor and said it should work now. My furnace was still not working so I had another company come out and they were at my house for an hour or more and explained to my dad what could be wrong and explained to him how to fix it. I don’t feel like time was taken to see if it could be another issue.
Scott, the General Manager is very knowledgeable and took care of all our needs. We highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the service I received. They fixed the problem quick and got our AC back on. Brantley was very professional very easy to talk to and explain stuff to me and a professional manner. I would definitely recommend Brantley for other jobs for people.
I am very pleased with the entire process of repair for our ac system. Everything from the initial call for help to the actual repair process. Diane and Scott both were helpful and very personable.

Fixed my A/C likety split
I put in a work order with our rental company when our furnace suddenly quit on us. They called Advanced Tech who called us immediately after. Jason was here within a couple hours. He figured out the problem right away and got the needed part right after. Now I get to write a review in a nice toasty home not 4 hours from when I first spoke with them! I also really appreciate Jason taking the time to explain how the system works and what exactly went wrong :) If I ever get to own my own house, I'll be working with this team on any HVAC‐related needs! A word from my roommates (and I agree): "THANK GOD FOR JASON"
Needed a roof vent installed to properly vent my bathroom fan. They were responsive and got me on their schedule very quickly. Will be using again for heating/cooling service!
