We wanted to upgrade our construction grade heating and cooling system..I called Barton boys for a quote and install and they were very quick with both. The installers were very personable and professional. I never had a moment of concern as they involved me in the whole install process and explained it to me.. My house is now comfortable ..
We’ve used Barton Boys for years. They do annual service for us on our HVAC, water heaters, gas fireplaces, as well as take care of all of our plumbing needs. Anthony and their plumbing department has done everything from install new toilets to help with broken pipes. Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and competitive pricing. Highly recommend.

I used Barton Boys to repair my A/C roof top units to get them working properly, and they also bid on a replacement unit. The whole staff was very prompt and professional, both the office and field personnel. I was on a tight schedule and they met all of my time needs. I strongly recommend.
No call no show for an appointment. Then when I called in several days later, they didn’t even apologize or offer to make it right.
Would not recommend, they don't seem very respectful
These guys are truly the pros overtime. I have had experience with them both as a general contractor and as a homeowner and they are the best!!!!

Our furnace was acting strange and not heating accurately. Colin was able to come out same day, was on time, respectful and precise. Helped diagnose the problem and gave some tips. He explained all the parts to me and gave some suggestions without being pushy. This company did our new AC unit 4 years ago, I will definitely be calling them back again! Thank you for your responsive, respectful service!

Chris and Clint did a wonderful job installing my Bryant heat pump and mini-splits. The ductless system is quiet and keeps my house so cool. I look forward to the heat it will provide in the fall and winter. Chris and Clint have installed many of the systems and really have it down. I was fortunate enough to be home for most of the install. I enjoyed seeing my new super-efficient system come to life. -Bruce Hagstrom Spokane

Wasn't too impressed with the first tech but the install team was great. New furnace worked great and they tuned in my existing AC as a warranty repair this summer even though they didn't install. Recent tech was awesome and I will continue to use them for any service or future installs.
Showed up after work and the house was ice cold. Furnace was running but no heat. Called Barton's and they were able to get a tech out in 40 minutes. Adam the tech was able to get it up and running in less then an hour. Adam was great and will definitely use them again.

In and out. My air conditioner noise was normal. Angel is great. She makes me feel like I am important.
Angel, Brandon and Andrew were very sweet and helped me last minute on a Friday to replace the capacitor on my ac unit. I was connected to them through Fidelity Home Warranty (who don't consider two days of 104⁰ to be an emergency when your ac is not working) and even though Fidelity didn't treat my problem with any urgency, Angel made sure that I got the help I needed with only a few hours notice. Thanks, guys!
After an electrical issue caused by Avista, we were left without AC for a few days (not ideal during a heatwave in July). Our property manager contacted Barton Boys immediately. When Vern arrived he was able to assess the situation, fix the AC and had us back up and running before lunch. Thank you so much, Vern! We will absolutely use The Barton Boys again for future HVAC needs.
Did not fix our AC unit he didn’t even know what was going on won’t return phone call vary Unprofessional Worst company! Do not wast your time or money
