Lady was pretty rude since I dont have an emergency and only want to service my furnace. Couldn't make an appointment said someone will call me when they have time, that was a few days ago.
Ended up calling and did not get a friendly response

We absolutely love the work that Matt Maney and the crew at McCleary Heating & Air Conditioning have done for us. Across two different homes, Matt has replaced hot water heaters, converted our electric furnace to a gas furnace, installed a new AC unit, installed multiple ductless mini-splits, and has been our go-to HVAC company for over 10 years running now. Matt & his team are always professional, provide a great value, and their work is fantastic. They show up on time, conduct themselves professionally, and carry a pride of workmanship. I've referred McCleary to multiple friends and family and I've not heard any issues. Thank you Matt & crew for your amazing work!

We hired McCleary to install a new heating system in our new-to-us 4000 sq ft home in 2000. it was late fall and bitterly cold. The new furnace was in and functional in a matter of hours, and we've never used anyone else since, for several subsequent homes. In a word, they are the BEST!
Great service. Matt arrived right when he said he would. He was very thorough in his service and took the time to trace the actual root of our problem. Couldn’t be more pleased. Will call again when service is needed.

I wanted to switch the appliances in my very old home from electric to gas. I called McCleary Heating and Air Conditioning who had come highly recommended to me by a friend. Matt came out to give me an estimate. He was extremely knowledgable and took the time to answer additional questions I had about additional work I needed done. When Matt returned to complete the job he was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything he had done and then kindly offered to haul away and dispose of my old appliance for me! I could not be happier with the quality of work and professionalism of the people I dealt with within this company!

McCleary's Heating came out last December 2015 to replace the furnace Blower Wheel in the motor. When they put the motor back in, they installed it out of alignment and didn't properly tighten it down. The motor came loose, got damaged, and had to be replaced. When I called McCleary's, they said it would not be covered because it only had a 12 month warranty and it had been 13 months. They also said that it would be days before anyone could come out. Not doing business with them anymore.
Have worked with them several times in the last twelve years. They are great on the phone and in person. Our builder contracted with them to install a multi-zoned system that took a lot of work to get right. Robert made several trips to our house to educate us and tweek the system to work for us. Would call them again, will call them first in the future
