Not a good hvac repair business to call unless you want to pay almost $500 to replace the capacitor on a 4 year old A.C. unit that was actually under warranty. Called another place and charged $140.00 . It took 30 minutes to do the job. Care to explain Mainstream??
Kieran was an excellent technical and fixed our issue quickly and professionally. It was a pleasure meeting him and having him in our home. Highly recommend.
Our kitchen sink backed up almost 3 months after we’d had a Mainstream tech out to flush it. Fortunately our annual plan covered another visit and they sent out Kieran, who really went the extra mile to find the main clog and didn’t leave until he was confident it was fully flushed out. We’ll see how long this one lasts with our wonky plumbing…but I’m confident Kieran did a great job regardless.
I was so thankful that our new system came with a free duct cleaning to make sure it’s working the best it can. John and Johnny came and did our duct cleaning and they were so nice! They were quick and efficient and got the job done well. Everyone that we encountered at Mainstream throughout our whole experience was fabulous! Highly recommend them!
My sump pump alarm went off and I was home alone at the time. Being a senior citizen I put the alarm on silent and tried to deal with a blocked toilet as best I could. I called Mainstream and they said a technician would be out at 9am next day. They were true to their word. I got a quote to fix the existing pump and one to install a new grinder pump. I did not know how old the pump was so decided to replace it. The work was completed the same day. Both Cory, who gave the estimate and Robert, who did the work were polite and professional. Robert tested the new pump and tested my alarm. It was more expensive than I was expecting, however this is the first home I have had with a septic system and had nothing to compare it with. Overall very satisfied.
They did a fantastic job putting our sewer pipe in and removing the cause, extremely polite and very knowledgeable and they were done in 3 days so YAY! Thank you Mainstream workers!!!!!!!!

I was very happy with their work. They were able to figure out what was wrong with my electricity in my bedroom and get it fixed. They guys were friendly and professional. All around great experience.
Your technician was right on time. He is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. He kept me informed frequently of his activities. Highly recommended.
Sam and Coco were great! Very professional, they listened to my concerns, explained what they found, and completed the work in a timely manner. I will use Mainstream again for sure.
Brent and his assistant were able to fix the running toilet, as well as put in a new shut off valve, and also a new main water valve. I appreciate they were able to fit me very timely and I feel better knowing things are fixed the right way now. Thank you!

Jason came out today to give me a quote on a level 2 charger and was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Crew came out same day and got me up and running! No surprises and very professional. 5/5 would use again.
We had bought a ceiling fan and like most people intended on installing ourselves, however due to a shoulder injury my husband was not able to so I called around and read reviews. Glad I called Mainstream Electric. Charlie and Taylor were great!
Wow is pretty much all I can say regarding the service I received from Mainstream Electric. My husband is a disabled veteran with some sinus/breathing issues and our old home had an old electric furnace from the 80s that was costing us over $400 a month to run. Because it was so expensive, we had started to use our fireplace more but the dirt and dust from that was really causing my husband’s sinus issues to flare badly. I contacted a local veteran’s organization to see if they had any recommendations on places that might give a military discount to us. They recommended that we call Mainstream Electric because they have a Miracles by Mainstream foundation. When we reached out, they were so responsive and immediately said that they would love to work with us. They provided us with a substantial discount on a brand new furnace and heat pump. The install went almost flawlessly. It was originally scheduled to be performed in one day but someone at the supplier’s warehouse loaded the wrong type of line set, it ended up being a two day job. This wasn’t a huge deal though and they were so incredibly nice about it. Wyatt, Kyle and Jacob specifically were fantastic to deal with. They were patient and kind and willing to answer all of my questions or concerns thoughtfully and respectfully. As a woman, it is sometimes frustrating when men will talk down to you when you’re asking questions about things but I didn’t feel that way at all. They were so kind. Everyone from the receptionist at the office, to the plumbers and electricians were so wonderful. I also liked that they were respectful of my wishes of keeping the carpet clean while they were in and out and they put booties on each time they came in which I know was probably really annoying for them. If I could say one tiny feedback, it would be that I did have to do some cleanup of areas where they did some drywall work. There were some areas that were left not vacuumed that I had to clean myself but honestly, it was prett
Jason came out and looked at my electrical situation briefly; gave clear and understandable advice about existing issues and scheduled service for me. A pleasant, intelligent and experienced electrician, Jason is top level.
Steve showed up and was very professional and informative about what main issues were and what needed to get done. I would recommend him back to my house again for future work and am grateful for his help.
Mainstream always performs a wonderful job! Our technicians Dustis was knowledgeable, polite, and fixed our plumbing issues promptly. We will definitely use Mainstream for all of our plumbing needs!
Brent and Caleb showed up right when they said they would. They were both very professional and friendly. Brent help me to understand what my problem was and what we could do to fix it. I'll for sure be going back to Brent and mainstream.
Zach was amazing! Very professional and friendly. He helped us identify the problem quickly, and helped me find a few more I hadn't realized I have. He came to fix my ac, and helped me get a plumber lined up for a major issue we found. Same day service at a reasonable price. I'm definitely working with them again. 10/10 totally recommend!
