Kristopher with Hurliman Heating and Air was awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable and great to talk to. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. A+ for him.
Matthew was great! The banter back and forth between us was fun and entertaining.
The dispatcher was responsive and friendly. The installer was prompt and, despite finding the job to be more complicated than described by the landlord, worked diligently to restore air conditioning to the home. We are happy with the services and would recommend to others.
The technician, Cameron B., who serviced my HVAC system today did a great job. He was very detailed in his inspection of my HVAC system and thorough. He was able to explain problems clearly so that I could understand. He was also on time and dressed professionally.
Ivan was thorough and professional. He shared with me just what he was doing I have a better understanding of my system. I would have him work on my system again.
Hurliman Heating and Air Conditioning was recommended to us for a general evaluation of our HVAC system in our newly purchased home that we did not have records of maintenance on, from the previous owner. Ivan came to our home and was very professional, competent and efficient in looking at the heating and cooling system with recommendations for us. He had the tools and knowledge to give us confidence that our system was working well and had suggestions for ensuring continued operation and healthy air quality for our home. This company is top quality!

Eric was excellent! He was on time, professional, and quick to diagnose a problem that others had failed to diagnose. He was thorough but conscientious of the cost of labor, and he clearly explained the work he planned to do and the work he completed. Next time I need HVAC work done, I will ask Hurliman to send Eric.
Hurliman technician Matthew was superprofessional, friendly and answered all our questions thoroughly while doing a diagnostic on our cooling system that was not functioning properly. He replace a capacitor on the unit that was no longer working which solved the problem. maintenance check on our . Would definitely recommend him for future service needs!!
I got a service the day after my request. Eric showed up on time, detected the issue and replaced the defective component (Nest thermostat). He was very competent, polite and patiently, replying any question I had. We are very satisfied.
Cameron was awesome. He did everything he could to help us out. He also did a good job explaining things and making sure we were comfortable with things that were happening. I would have him out again for sure.
After our old A/C stopped working and the company we had been working with failed to repair it or offer us an estimate for a new unit, we decided to look elsewhere. We wanted a Carrier A/C since we had received great reports from trusted family members. When I called the NATIONAL Carrier number and asked for a qualified representative in the Spokane Valley area, they recommended Hurliman and told me that they had recently received a special award for their quality of service. I then called Hurliman and their response amazed me. They said they would have someone come to our home the very next day. Matt Shandy came, promptly, evaluated our situation, gave us several options to choose from and we were able to order a new unit that same day. Now, this week, just as temperatures are beginning to increase and we really want a new A/C, Mitchell Fowler and Hunter came 2 days in a row and installed a new Carrier unit. it is so quiet compared to our old A/C and it requires only half the electricity as our old A/C, so we are expecting reduced utility costs, while using a more efficient, superior product. We have been extremely pleased with Hurliman's responsiveness and the professionalism of their personnel. We will be recommending them to all of our family and friends who may have need to seek the services of a heating &/or A/C company.
Mathew was earlier than expected, ( great) he set up his equipment and put the system through the paces, couldn't find signs of leak. Other service was offered but I declined as it would not solve the current problem. We agreed to fill system and run it until fall, A/C is running great , keeps up even in 95 plus heat. Its been three years since system had been serviced. Very pleased with the service.
We had Hurliman out for HVAC maintenance and a repair on our AC condenser. Mathew was on time and super professional, taking the time to explain everything he was doing including how he diagnosed and fixed our problem, as well as how to do some basic maintenance ourselves. Fantastic communication all the way through! Price was completely fair, and less than I expected. We’ll definitely use Hurliman next time we need HVAC maintenance done.
Our contractor choose Hurliman to design and install a new heating system and AC for our new construction build. The system did not get turned on for 8 months after installation. Once we turned the system on it ran for 5 days and then I noticed water leaking from the ceiling. The system was installed in an attic space. The ceiling was ruined. Turns out that the installation technicians did not connect a safety switch or plug in the condensation pump. Then a another switch went out and we had to wait over a week with no heat to have it replaced. Then the lines kept freezing causing the heater to shut down. They installed heat tape however they still freeze if the temp drops below zero. The company has switched owners and the original staff whom designed the system are no longer there. The system was less then a year old and Hurliman has decided it will not honor the warranty. The system is not able to adequately heat the home. We subsided with wood heat. Hurilman has decided to blame us for their poor design and sloppy installation by punishing the owner and not honoring their warranty. Do your research prior to hiring this company with it's new owner.
These guys are AMAZING!! The tec Jerry was so prompt,professional and nice. He was so patient and walked and taught me He explained to me every step. He went out of his way to truly solve the issue. I would recommend them to anyone.
This is my first experience with this company and I would absolutely recommend them. Mathew was on time, kind, courteous and very knowledgeable in his trade. He thoroughly inspected and explained the heating and air conditioning systems for my grandmothers house to make sure everything was clean and in good working order. I will be calling them for any future needs. Thank you!

A/C was short cycling after a while of being on. Was fixed in short order very quickly, professionally and reasonably. Ivan Alonso helped me out. He was super helpful and friendly. He explained everything he did and let watch too! Thanks for the great service!
