I highly recommend Comfortable Solutions. Honest..reliable…professional. Another Spokane company said we needed to replace our nine year old furnace! Comfortable Solutions checked everything out and discovered a clogged drain. Comfortable Solutions is the company to call for honest, reliable service.
I had a great experience with them! My home wasn’t warming up even though I increased the temperature on the thermostat. I also changed the air filters. At my wit’s end, I looked through reviews for a few different HVAC businesses and took a chance with Comfortable Solutions. My call was received by Randy, a very friendly voice. Since she was aware of schedules, they were able to juggle it so they saw me within an hour. I asked the two guys (one was the owner Tom) if they wouldn’t mind wearing booties and they said no problem. I’ve had other techs be grumpy when I’ve asked. My problem was a simple fix (my flame sensor needed cleaning). Tom showed and explained what needed to be done, recommended having service done every few years, but never pushy or trying to upsell me. My bill was very reasonable. Great overall experience and I will be contacting them again when I need service done.

Had Comfortable Solutions out for winter maintenance. Met with the owner, Tom, and his apprentice, Austin. They took time to clean everything down and were thorough with the initial inspection, plus changed the filter (let's face it, I'm sure most owners forget about it occasionally). Tom was super chill, informed me about issues that I had, and gave me options for solutions. Had a wonderful experience and signed up for biannual service in Spring and Winter at, what I felt, was a fair price.

I can’t say enough good things about this locally owned Spokane company. They came recommended to me by a friend and I used them twice back to back in preparation for a home sale inspection. Not only were they fast to schedule me & have reasonable prices; they do great work and are honest. Support local Spokane and use them for your next HVAC need.
If you are looking for a honest HVAC company that's not in it only for the money Comfortable Solutions is the company for you!! I had heard amazing reviews from several friends about Comfortable Solutions but had never needed their services myself. When my Uncle was asking for recommendations for a good HVAC company for a 2nd quote on a new furnace due to a other well known company telling him he needed a all new furnace and the price being very high I told him to call Comfortable Solutions. Randi was able to get my Uncle scheduled the very next day. My Uncle called me crying while Tom, the owner, was still at his house. He was in tears over the fact that he just saved thousands of dollars because he did not need a new furnace and his furnace with the proper maintenance can still last him another 10 YEARS!! My uncle had called Comfortable Solutions for a quote on a new furnace and was ready to accept that fact that he needed one. Tom could have made thousands of dollars off my Uncle by giving him the quote and then installing it. Instead all my uncle was charged for was a diagnostic fee and 2 new filters!! His filters were clogged that was the only thing wrong. Comfortable Solutions thank you for being a honest reliable company!!!
What a professional and trustworthy company. Randi was incredible. I called after our A/C went out and she was thoughtful enough to remind me of my home warranty and make sure that they were approved through that before sending someone out so as not to waste my money. Of the half a dozen places we called this was the only one that took that extra step even at the risk of losing the business which speaks volumes to their integrity.
Tom, Randi, and the whole crew were awesome. I called them for a second opinion to assess my malfunctioning AC, and it was shocking how much more thorough and transparent they were. Rather than just checking my air filter and jumping to the conclusion that I was leaking refrigerant (like the first company did), Tom let me know that the radiator coils could be clogged as well, so he took the time to set up a monitor on my system to verify the cause of the issue. After determining that my ancient system was leaking refrigerant, they were able to get me scheduled in a week to get the new unit installed. Knowing it was going to be a hot week coming up, Tom was very generous and offered to try to get my system back up and running to get me by until the install. He went above and beyond and it sure made that week so much better for us as it was getting up to 85 degrees in the house with the AC out. They installed the new system last Friday and everything is working great. It's so much more quiet than my previous unit! My neighbor just had his AC system replaced a few weeks ago, and he thought the price seemed high and was curious what the cost was for me. To his great dismay, he was charged almost 3k more than me. I am really happy I went with Comfortable Solutions because they were trustworthy, they were thorough, they treated my situation with the urgency that I myself felt, they weren't outrageously expensive, they did a quality job, and they went above and beyond to help me out. I highly recommend them! Thank you so much Tom, Randi, and your whole crew!
Randi, Tom and Austin were spot on with their service. Very professional!! Even with a already full schedule they made time to stop by and fix our A/C. At 7:30 pm in the evening !!! I definitely would recommend them to anyone that’s looking for a company that is dependable , knowledgeable, professional and most of all reasonable with their pricing. The team was great. My heat went down in the middle of winter. They came out the day I called them. They were very professional and ensured I had heat. They even gave me some tips on what I could do personally to get more life out of my furnace.
I highly recommend Comfortable Solutions, Inc. for your HVAC needs. My furnace motor quit working during this recent cold snap. Their receptionist answered (yes that is correct, a real person answered the phone) and had Tom Collett call me. Tom and his brother squeezed me in between clients that day to diagnose my problem, ordered my new motor and installed it the next day. I spent just a little over 24 hours without my furnace. Responsive, professional, and quality work and great customer service describes Comfortable solutions perfectly.
