I’ve had nothing but problems with this company. It took filing a complaint with both BBB and WA State Attorney General’s Office to have issues addressed with installations of furnace and AC units. I was initially provided with an invoice only giving total for units installed not a breakdown of each units cost including installation. My units were installed 6/22/22. I finally received the detailed invoice requested on 8/17/22. In comparing the totals on the detailed invoice with what I paid Air Control, there is an overpayment difference of $715. I’ve requested reimbursement of this overpayment amount, only to be told what I was charged is correct by Rolland Reed, salesman. I informed him I’m filing a complaint with WA AG’s Office for Consumer Protection and BBB. Air Control claims to be BBB accredited, which they are not and BBB has given an F rating for stating they are. I normally don’t make adverse postings, but it’s consumer be aware of this company’s dishonest practices.

Air Control was very communicative as they ordered the parts needed, scheduled the repairman, and actually came out on site to do the repair. The receptionist/dispatcher, Gina, was helpful in keeping me in the loop on what was going to happen when. The service tech, Melvin, was thorough and super friendly. I felt respected and valued as a customer, even though I know precisely nothing about HVAC units. The job proved a little more difficult than initially expected, but Melvin was positive and resourceful throughout. I didn't want to deal with HVAC repair, but now I'm fixed up and ready for a hot summer, so it's been a blessing in disguise that it failed in spring rather than summer.

I don't normally post reviews, but in consideration of how talking to Melvin felt more like a friend than your regular handyman, I was most impressed. We had a wonderful experience with our technicians. We are lucky enough to have had Snap install a furnace, ducting, and heat pump. It was quite a job! The technician Sonny went above and beyond. The job took a little over five days. Sonny was the first to show up and the last to leave. He worked his butt off, sometimes alone. My house was a complicated installation due to our office not communicating with our crawl space because it's an addition. Sunny figured out how to make it work without it looking intrusive. Very impressed. My house was always clean, and they never left a mess. We have been using the system for 2 or 3 weeks, and it's amazing. Incredibly grateful for the job that was done. Been meaning to send the office a thank you card.

When you take time off work to meet a repair person and they cancel last minute hours before the appointment so unprofessional. The phone person passes the buck - Customer service is lacking. Showing up is so important.

We had them come out to check ducts. They lied about time spent and when I questioned him his response was we don't work for free. And got offensive when I asked to see invoice bill. Never do business with these people!

Great customer service! What a man!!! My furnaces went out on one of the colder nights this winter. I called around and was only able to get ahold of air control. DAN showed up right away and got my kids and I taken care of. He was able to to get the heat back on in no time at all.

American Home Shield dispatched a call to them for my Electric Furnace problem in the middle of the cold weather and they wouldn’t come out to look at for at least a week unless it was turned into an expedited call for more money. They refused to call AHS to get the approval to expedite the ticket. Awful service and zero professionalism. I asked to speak to the owner and they refused. Run away from this business.

Talked to Rolland at the fair about getting a mini split. After getting quotes from a few other hvac guys we decided on air control. Great service two guys showed up to install and one electrician to hook it up. Did a great job. Will definitely use them if needed again

Seriously. Do yourself a favor & call ANY other company than this company. An untrained monkey could do better work. Not only is the receptionist Joy EXTREMELY rude & unprofessional but the company has less than accurate record keeping. The city of Spokane has records of their work "completed" but the failures who work in the office, must be mute since they can't find any records, oh! aaaaand this company received an F grade by the BBB, for falsely using their BBB logo. Should be proof enough of their lying tactics. What a failure of profession. The state should shut this company down.

We received a bid very quickly from Rolland to replace our Furnace/AC and Thermostat. After reviewing several bids we felt like we got one of the best brands (Daikin) for a very fair price and it was all installed much sooner than most HVAC companies could do.
