Had ACNW come out this winter to take a look at my heater sense it stopped working. They showed up first thing in the morning and had the heater up and running in no time for a great price. Highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.
The GREATEST experience we have ever had with an HVAC specialist! They were prompt, knowledgeable and provided exceptional quality work. They are going to be our go to HVAC team for years to come! They installed two mini-splits within a single day! Impressed with their work.
Ac stopped working and it was 110+ degrees out. Chad came out after moving around other appointments and within 4 hours he had it fixed and cooling our house. I would recommend ACNW with the highest level of confidence. Professional and reasonably priced. I will only be using ACNW in the future.
Chad was a lifesaver during Spokane's awful heat wave at the end of June. The air conditioning went out in my Airbnb and I had suffering guests. He walked me through a few options to fix it over the phone and then came in the next day (within less than 24 hours) and had the air up and running and my rental comfortable for guests within a few hours. On time, responsive, fast, and such great customer service! Much appreciated and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Very pleased with the service we have received. They have been quick to respond and very honest. They explained everything to us and had to install a new AC unit. We were expecting a wait for them to get parts and make it back out, but they showed up a few days later and made sure everything was in working order. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for all future services.
They were awesome! After getting the run around from another (large) heating and AC company, we were given their number by a friend. So thankful we called! The tech showed up on-time and got right to work. Found out the problem was as simple as the original installer not charging the AC unit. He wS in and out in under 30 minutes and our AC is purring like a kitten while keeping the house cool. Definitely recommend this company!
ACNW scheduled us for same day service and were here when they said they would be here. They knew what the problem was and fixed it right away. I will call them next time I need there services.
We purchased our first home 2 years ago and have been saving for central AC since. Chad and his guys were prompt in getting our unit installed, we're gracious with my kiddos and animals and did an amazing overall job. I called a 30-year-old company I've been with and they told me it'd be a month before they could come out and repair my air conditioning at my business. I called Chad he was there in a couple hours had it fixed he is the man
Today our AC wasn’t keeping up with the 100 degree temps. I reached out to ACNW and they made a point to get to our house during a busy time of year. They even came after normal operating hours. What we thought was a total nightmare, they quickly diagnosed, and were able to repair the problem. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. My two rambunctious Labradors loved playing fetch with them. Highly recommend if you need quality Heating/cooling service.
What a relief! We recently purchased a home with central air, but it never quite worked correctly. Our AC unit could not keep up with the hot weather. They were able to fit me into there schedule the next day! They inspected our system, identified the issues, and corrected them! Very courteous and polite. They were honest and informative.
