HAD MY SYSTEM INSTALLED AND KUDOS TO EVERYONE...ALL DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB FROM THE INSTALL TO FINISHING. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND 509 DUCTLESS.
Thank you so much Javier, Randy and team! 509 Ductless was very accommodating, informative, timely and respectful of property. They were able to come out and give a quote right away, and within a few days they were able to secure an appointment. Javier showed concern for our comfort, offering to bring the best quality units at a great price. The installation went smoothly with no issues, and our house is now cool. They left the work area clean and neat. We are thankful to the people at 509 Ductless who took such good care of us and our home!
I reached out to a friend who has a contact for everything and he said "Call Javier at 509 Ductless". I ended up having 3 other businesses coming out to give estimates as well. I went with Javier because he spent the time, attention and effort to give me a thorough explanation and estimate. I didn't feel pressured or "up sold" on additional products and services. I admit I was "sticker shocked" by how much it cost. However, even before he had my business, Javier helped me by starting a financing application through Pacific Power. My system was installed in one day by his professional crew. They did a great job. I'm now so happy to have my house at a livable, comfortable temperature !! Thanks 509 Ductless! PS One of the "schmoozers" I had give me an estimate said watch out for places with all excellent reviews, they're not real. I say, you're not doing your job right then...just look at the reviews for 509 Ductless; they are all exceptional because that's the job they do!

I first bought my home at a young age not knowing how an HVAC system is suppose to look and/or work so throughout the years I always had issues on the main seasons (summer & winter) thinking it was normal and calling companies to come check/fix the issue. Issues constantly persisted so fast forward 5 years later I knew it was time to invest in a brand new HVAC system. I was quoted by multiple different companies and I was recommended to 509 Ductless by my step dad. Javier reached out to me and from the start was very welcoming, professional and helpful. He guided me throughout the whole process and if there was something I didn't fully understand, he would sit down and take the time to explain things. His communication was on point. Javier and his team did a fantastic job removing my old HVAC system and installing everything brand new. They left no garbage, the team was on time and professional. I would 100% recommend anyone/everyone to 509 Ductless. It was affordable. I am finally living in my home in comfort knowing I have a brand new HVAC system that works and is backed up by the company. The team at 509 Ductless did a beautiful job installing a 3 head mini split unit in my home. From the free estimate to the final walkthrough, Javier and his team were friendly, professional, caring, and very knowledgeable about their craft. They were clean and very efficient with their work. If you are looking for an affordable and custom way to cool/heat your place I would definitely go to Javier at 509 Ductless 10/10 times.

I love these guys!!! They were professional, clean and very patient with my dog Marlee. They put plastic on the carpets so they wouldn't track dirt in the house, they vacuumed up after each day was done and they left the whole house and grounds very clean. They explained how the system works and offered help with several other things around here. The electricians were great to work with and made sure everything was in good order. I'm sitting here in my office feeling very comfortable instead of cold like I have been. Everyone needs this service!!!
Called 509 for a quote to heat and cool a shop we will be moving our business into. From the first call I knew I had called the right guys. Javier and crew were on time, professional and affordable. Units have been installed for 2 days now and are heating the bays perfectly. I would definitely recommend these guys to my best friends.
Javier's team did a great job on installing our ductless system. They found a way to get all the mini splits into the rafters and ceiling, when other companies told us it wasn't possible, allowing us to completely transform our basement and remove all the low hanging ducting from the old system. The new ductless system works great!

My "Most Excellent" experience started in their showroom. Javier ( company owner) proved to be very knowledgeable. We arranged an in home estimate. Again Javier showed us his recommendations. He measured and gave us an estimate before he left. We fully understood what was in the estimate. After getting other bids (none of which included the service provided by Javier) we decided to have 509 Ductless do the work. We scheduled and made a 50% deposit. Right on time the crew arrived. Javier was with them to lay them out as to how his proposal was. The crew was professional during all aspects of the job. When finished Javier showed us the operation of the Mitsubishi system we had chosen. 509 Ductless preformed beyond what we have come to expect of contractors. 509 Ductless had no competition that came close to their performance. They have set a new standard

We haven’t had Ac in over a year have been working with window ac that only cooled small areas in a 2400 sq ft house with high ceilings. They are extremely quiet. we now have even beautiful ac all through the whole house with 5 mini split units we had some challenges and he and his crew worked with changes that took place due to changes this was the right choice for our home.
My grandma Marie O. had her mini splits put in her mobile home yesterday. She is very impressed with how quiet yet functional the unit is! Javier was a delight to work with; very informative.
